Cottage holiday rentals in Montaigu

Pleasant and peaceful stay, true to our expectations. A few steps outside to access the jaccuzi and enjoy the view in the hot bath, we love it!

We had a lovely weekend at Agathe's, which was very responsive before and during the stay, and good advice! The house is very nice, bright and well-equipped. We were also able to enjoy the St Florent guinguette (the Drain'Guette), and the Evre by canoe. We will come back without hesitation!

A beautiful spotlessly clean and organised gite with amazing panoramic views fron the terrace. a beautiful open living room, stylish and distinctive bedrooms all surrounded by gorgeous vineyards.

The only minor draw back was the bedroom door that blocked the way to the toilet when open Le seul probleme ètais la portee de la chambre qui en ouvrant empèchait l’acces aux toilettes

We had a pleasant stay with the family in this pretty little house with the charms of the old and the tranquility of the countryside. The house is large and very well equipped, offering plenty of entertainment. We can't wait to come back and experience it on sunny days and enjoy the outdoors🤗.

Sophie and Jean-Luc are very warm and helpful hosts with whom you can talk very well if you want. The property is as described and documented in the photos. The pictured staircase is not decoration, but it leads into the attic. Big people have to pull their heads in at some point. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and full of antique accessories. In the kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine are hidden behind the rustic curtain. The patio overlooks pastures with sheep, goats, and shetland ponies. Chickens beep. An absolute holiday idyll. The 29/30 degrees heated pool is located behind protected walls of a barn, so you can usually find peace there alone. Only the somewhat small windows make the apartment a little dark, in winter this is certainly very cozy. During the summer, you spend most of the time outside, so that doesn't matter. In short, the property is highly recommended!!!

Our stay went very well, the place is beautiful, the small garden and terrace are full of charm and very pleasant in hot weather, the house is cool it's ideal in summer otherwise there is air conditioning or heating it's great! The hosts were very welcoming with us as well as with our dog! Nothing to say, I would 100% recommend it

Great cottage that combines modern comfort inside with timeless beauty of the country side outside. The host family was great in helping us out with some milk for a kid when we arrive late in the evening. Easy access from the highway. Close to a few small towns and not far from Nates or Angers.

We have a weekend in this cottage, we were there for an EVG. Everyone was enchanted by the premises and the huge grounds. If you like the photos, tell yourself that they don't honor the place, that's much better. The owners are very nice, I expected them to be a little worried knowing that there were 13 guys for an EVG, but not at all, I felt more concerned about having a great stay at their place. I would definitely recommend it again, some are considering rebooking this cottage. Thank you!

Anais is a very responsive host. Friendly and helpful. 🙂 The accommodation was homely and full of character. It was a self check-in and out with a key box which was very flexible for time. The next door neighbour was friendly and helpful regarding where to park. We chose this accommodation to be close to Puy du Fou. It was a 45 minute journey each way. Had to allow an extra 30 mins to get out of the Puy du Fou carpark each evening. My only negative was the two massive spiders in my bedroom, which my son had to kill before I could sleep there!! This is not, of course, a reflection on our host but merely due to my arachnophobia and the house being surrounded by hedges and greenery!
