Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montalbino, Milan

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

I found the house right away. I felt at home. Gladly come again! Clear recommendation!

The apartment is actually an entire two-story house located in the courtyard of an apartment building in the center of Milan, very quiet with its private outdoor area closed. The location is great, you can walk to the Duomo in 15 minutes. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Geneva for the helpful and clear instructions.

The accommodation is comfortable, the kitchen is very nice and equipped, too bad we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of it because we only stayed one night. The beds are very comfortable.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Nausica's place is quiet ,wide and very comfortable with everything you may need to spend a few days at Milano. There were all the essentials you need for bath, wash, clean up and cook, the only thing to mention as a drawback is that there can be more kitchen stuffs for cooking. Even though the neighborhood is not so interesting, it is at .walking distance to the Metro, supermarket and it has parking, that's very important if you go by car. I definitely recommend Nausica's place ad Nausica as host with no doubt.

Very good place to get to know the surroundings of Milan. A helpful host responds quickly to messages. I really liked being able to have a flexible check in and check out time.

Sabrina's apartment was very cozy, comfortable and super clean! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment has a wrap around balcony/terrace which provided incredible views of the city. We had a perfect spot to view fireworks on New Year's Eve! The shower did not run out of hot water and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Sabrina is a fantastic host. She is super friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The Internet was solid. The tram stops right out front of the building which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you, Sabrina!

Antonio’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply and genuinely thoughtful in every interaction. We even had a great side conversation during our stay, and I have to say, he’s a truly insightful person. The apartment itself was nothing short of amazing: spotless clean, stylish, and just a short walk to the main terminal which made getting around Milan super easy. But the highlight? The balcony with a stunning view of the Milan skyline—it was the perfect spot to start or end the day. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan. Maddalena’s apartment was one of the cutest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Everything is furnished so uniquely, from the bookshelves to the various kinds of lamps around the home. The windows and balconies provide a lot of natural light during the day time and it gave the apartment a very chill vibe. On top of that, her neighbor’s cats came to hang out with us for a little bit and they were extremely friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for a better time in Milan :)

Very centrally located on a 1st floor of a traditional Milanese building with courtyard. Easy access to two stations and 25mins walk to Duomo through the park. Eleonora was very helpful and responsive with any issue and questions we had. Also super grateful we were able to check out later on the day. My daughter loved her welcome present and we enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations she gave us! Highly recommended, would recommend perhaps for a couple to stay in the summer when it’s not too cold to enjoy the terrace.

The apartment is very cozy and functional. Quiet and safe area. There are many good restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Convenient location. Easy to get to any place in the city.

I stayed at the Bike Studio for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities I needed for a long stay, and situated in a great neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Alessandra was an excellent host, very easy to contact and very receptive. She arranged to have linens changed and the whole apartment cleaned every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this listing!

Carla's place is one of the best we had in Italy so far. Beautiful, clean, with high ceilings that give impression of an even bigger space. There is also a cute terrace and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The host provided us with a lot of recommendations, which was really helpful.
