We rented this place for the WE. The lake estate is a quiet and really beautiful place. Perfect for a WE for families or with friends. We will be back in the year to take advantage of this area which offers various activities. The host is very welcoming and engaged. Communication was very fluid. I recommend 100%. The accommodation is very pleasant to live in and located in the middle of Montargis. The room is more spacious than pictured. Dalip is an extremely welcoming and caring host, who sincerely wants his visitors to have a good stay. And I want to emphasize in particular his great flexibility and the fluidity of communication with him. I highly recommend it!

What a positive! true to the description and much more...!!! The place where the place is located is just amazing! Stables, a swimming pool, tennis lessons, a small shop, a babysitting service in a wooded setting at will. For a total disconnection a few kilometers from Paris, this is the ideal compromise. The place is not only clean but most importantly, excellently arranged. The sleeping area is distinct from the living room and it opens onto the kitchen with a gigantic central island (ideal for family or friends moments) Board games are available in quality comfort: a large sofa and a large table to share moments without screens. Two bathrooms and two toilets make it easy to stay together without getting in the way. Thank you to our point of contact who is very responsive. stay to repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rogers lovely cottage. The house has been very tastefully renovated and indeed the photos on the website do not do it justice! We felt very much at home in this very clean and well-equipped house with all the home comforts. Roger made sure our stay was no hassle with clear and helpful instructions. Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!
