House in the heart of the Lot et Garonne and close to the"Périgord purple" .Territory of agriculture, history and gastronomy where life is good. Come and enjoy our accommodation, recent house with a view of champagne. It has air conditioning , heating in each room, large living room with wood stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one with a 160 bed, terraces and a large garden . It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lac du Lourbet 2km away .
