The detached accommodation sleeps 3 in the old town of Grosseto. At 100 meters there is ample free parking outside the Medici walls, (access to unauthorized cars is strictly prohibited within the walls). near the accommodation there are convenience stores, pharmacy, 800 meters from the train station, bus to the sea and shuttle to the station. starting point for: sea 14 km, 60 km thermal baths of Saturnia, 14 km from the Maremma natural park, 50 km Monte Argentario, and Siena 70 km.

Apartment on the first floor in a quiet area, 2 large terraces really comfortable, quiet environment where you can relax. Having breakfast here in the morning makes the day start right away. The sea is a stone's throw away , about 300 m away, reachable on foot even if you have small children.
