Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

We had a fantastic 4 weeks at Helen’s place from 1st February to 1st March. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. The place was spotless on arrival and communication was brilliant. The terrace was fabulous getting the February sun from 8.30 until 3.30. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen excellent. Very comfortable seating in the lounge. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Finally a great location, local shops excellent, 15-20 min to the beach and shopping areas of the city.

WOW! What a fabulous apartment. not sure the photos did it justice. the apartment is approx 30 -40 minute walk from Torrevieja itself, but it is just across the road from a beach, and in season may have more open in the location. This apartment is a new build, and the complex itself is still unfinished, but other than a little builders dust we were not disturbed at all. There is integral access to a car park but we didn't see this facility. We would love to return to this apartment in season.

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! Near to the airport and convenient for catching an early flight. The apartment was comfortable, easy to find, clean and comfortable. N.B. Catching an Uber early in the morning was a challenge as none of the drivers wanted to come to the area (We waited over an hour for someone to come 30km away), so prebook a normal taxi company instead

We loved our stay! The walk to the nearby beach is amazing and the apartment it self is very nice with a beautiful view. Nice that it’s quiet and away from the city but only a 20 min drive to Alicante for a city dinner. We would stay here again!

Great welcome, the apartment and residence are perfect. It's clean, there's everything you need. There is a supermarket within a 4-minute walk. They are very kind and considerate. I would highly recommend.

House is in a quiet neighbourhood, but in easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house is compact and fully matches the photos and descriptions and is fully equipped with everything for your stay.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for resting, and just 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for enjoying long walks. The area is very accessible and convenient to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were charming and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will stay here again. Totally recommended!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

Great and charming, very quiet residential area with shopping centers a few km away, the largest mini-golf in Europe and our favorite part, more than 5 golf courses within an impressive 20 km radius. Gordon's kindness and attention should also be noted, making our stay unforgettable, we will definitely be back!!

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

The penthouse is beautiful, with everything you need, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located within walking distance to the beach. The pool just below is great for cooling off and the kids enjoyed it very much. The best part is the terrace! It's what we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, she answers superfast and is attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Marina's apartment. The apartment is situated within a modern complex with all the facilities you could need, including three pools, hot tubs, a central bar and gym. There is a Mercadona supermarket directly outside and the La Zenia shopping centre was a ten minute walk away. The apartment is beautifully finished and stylishly decorated with a contemporary fitted kitchen (plenty of utensils for cooking at home), and beautiful bathrooms. The outside space on the roof terrace was perfect for relaxing in the sun. Marina was very responsive to any questions I had, and a special thank you to the driver (Armen) she helped arrange for me who was on time and wonderfully accommodating when picking me up for my airport transfer and a later subsequent transfer to Alicante railway station (additional cost). The service he provided was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at this apartment and I will definitely be back soon !

We had a fabulous week at Ewa's place. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and close to everything. The terrace was absolutely lovely to have coffee in the morning. Grocery stores and a bus station within 5-minute walk made day trips a breeze. Ewa is very responsive and super helpful. It was a great place to rest and recharge - thank Ewa ! :)

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with two bedrooms with three bathrooms. Views of the high sea almost under its own large balcony, where the sun shone from morning to well into the afternoon. Great location on the quiet Los Logos beach, a short walk from downtown.

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️
