Beautiful location, lots of activities to entertain teenagers. Great restaurants close by and Venice and ski fields close by.

We had a fantastic stay with Silvana. We were personally welcomed with a typical cake and Silvana gave many tips on things we could do in the area and restaurants nearby. She was very helpful and occasionally we even got some fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and the center of Cortina was easily accessible on foot or by bus.

We were there during the winter holidays. A cozy house, in a quiet location, close to the lifts. For us (5), since 3 children are included, only feasible by car, as there was no snow in the valley. Adults, with good snow conditions, could certainly make their way without a car. The house is very large and therefore perfectly suited for a larger group. Table and kitchen are good for cooking (lots of utensils) and game nights. The landlords are very friendly and respond very quickly if questions arise. Shopping can be done in Bad Kleinkirchheim and therefore good planning for the supply is advisable. For external food, we recommend the Gasthof Sportalm in St. Oswalt and the restaurant Zur Maierin in Bad Kleinkirchheit (are extremely popular and therefore good planning is important when making the reservation). The St. Oswald ski resort is great, for all levels. Ski school in St Oswald, practice slope for beginners. We will be happy to come back and it is certainly a very nice there in summer.

Second time staying at Giovanna’s airbnb, but another chalet. Breathtaking location, in the heart of Dolomiti. You can spend weeks just staring at these magnificent mountains. The chalet 426 is situated remotely on the hill, where the Ex-Villaggio Eni is built. Beautiful place from famous architects. House is very well thought and it is amazing to be able to stay inside of this 60s chalet. We truly come for this kind of experience. You would need a car to get around for sure. Chalet definitely has a patina as well as usage signs but this is part of the deal. It has been around for quite some time. It could use some love here and there to have the sparkle back. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bedrooms are provided with crisp sheets, pillows are very comfortable yet mattresses are quite soft for our taste. We would come back for sure! The location was excellent. It was within walking distance from lake Bohinj and a good 25 minute drive from Bled in a quite area. Miha is an excellent host who provided a warm welcome. We enjoyed the occasional visits of the two cats. The house is comfortable and well equipped.

The chalet at Kanzelhöhe is beautiful. The path to the Kanzelhöhe offers beautiful views, but no comparison to the view when arriving at the chalet, whether in daylight or at night. You can enjoy this in complete tranquility. The chalet invites in the fire in the evenings and you can enjoy this perfectly on the covered terrace. The associated bathhouse in the field on the lake also offers beautiful views, tranquility and everything you need for a day at the lake. The owners are incredibly accommodating, helpful and have been available day or night. We will come back and enjoy Austria in this beautiful chalet.

A great rustic house with enough space for 8 people and dog. We felt very comfortable. Everything went smoothly and without problems from booking to arrival and departure. The landlord is very caring. There's everything from bed linen to salt shakers in the house. Direct location on the slopes, great. Recommended for a family holiday in the snow, even for non-skiers. We will be happy to come back !

Luxury modern log house situated high above the valley with a stunning view of the mountains. This fantastic house has every amenity and is the ideal fusion of modern and traditional design. It is everything I was hoping to find to show my children the beauty of the Austrian mountains and the region. Thanks, Gunter for a delightful family holiday. We will be back.

Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, safe, quiet surroundings. Sauna is incredible, rooms and furnishings are wonderful. 15minute drive to great skiing, 1hr to ice skating, lovely restaurant in Flattach, supermarket 5mins drive. great coffee machine, great tv, loads of kitchen utensils. boot warmer, and heated towel rails are a nice touch close to waterfalls and a river, perfect for traffic free scenic walks. hard to fault.

This property is a perfect blend of modern and chalet. The views are absolutely spectacular! It’s just a few minutes to town by car but could be walked as well. The beds were very comfortable and there are bathrooms on every level. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and pans and the kitchen table had lots of space. There are 3 levels in this unit so it was always quiet and private. The host was so friendly and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to return to Cortina!

We had a lovely, short stay at the Chalet Studio! The area was really quiet and had great nature! The studio itself was really cozy and we felt very comfortable - especially in the autumn weather! The breakfast offer was also really great, so we had the opportunity to try regional food. We would love to visit this place again at a warmer time of year! - Greetings!

The cabin is very nicely located in the middle of Falkertsee, right next to the lake, where you can ice skate and cross-country skiing. The kitchen equipment has everything you'll need. The view and location are beautiful, there are tobogganing in the shed and the small ski resort is ideal for the children to learn to ski. The adults then also drove to a larger ski resort. Angelika and Jürgen welcomed us very kindly and were always available for questions. We enjoyed it.

It wasn't a cheap stay for just 2 people, being there for only one night, but the place has a lot to offer. The place was clean and cosy, and surroundings are beautiful. Thanks for having us.
