Holiday rentals in Monteagle

We had a great stay at Efren’s cabin. The location was perfect—right between Prentice Cooper State Park and North Shore/downtown Chattanooga, making it easy to spend the day hiking and the evening enjoying great restaurants. It was also a great spot for exploring Signal Mountain. Efren was a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. His property has a lot of character, and we really enjoyed the art throughout. The fire pit was a nice bonus for unwinding at night. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Tina and Steve were great. Their house is in a wonderful location with amazing views from the deck. I can just imagine how beautiful it is in the spring and fall. Monteagle itself is small but we had great food at The Mountain Goat and at Papa Ron’s Pizza and Italian Steak House.

Melody was a great host. She was very responsive and hospitable. Place was clean and had everything I needed. Pictures and descriptions online were accurate. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Winchester.

We loved staying at Matthew’s home! It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the cozy outside space with plenty to do. Highly recommend!!

Amazing little home in a peaceful setting. House was cozy & comfortable. Spent most of the time outside enjoying the porch & hot tub. House was clean & had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Location is great for quick drives to the Caverns & so many trailheads. Communication prior to my stay & throughout was clear with easy to follow instructions. This home is perfect for R & R!

We loved where we stayed. The location was secluded but a quick golf cart ride to surrounding areas. We also really love the Kountry kafé seven minutes down the road. The home was very clean and the host was communicative the entire time we stayed.

Like always I had another amazing trip. I can't say enough about it. This trip the weather really wasn't the best at all, it's had heavy rain the whole time we was there. Even with the weather not being the best, we was still able to have a wonderful time. the parking area is completely cover, so we didn't get wet loading or unloading. The back porch was cover as well, able to still out back, cook on the grill, listen to rain, with no worries. The boat dock also had a roof, so the rain didn't stop us from still being able to be outside. The house itself has plenty space as well if you just wanted to stay inside, with the big glasses on back porch you could enjoy the view from inside. If you're looking for a relaxing place, to just unwind and get away no matter the weather. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. I can't wait to come back for another trip.

We will be back. This is one of those finds you don’t even want to tell anyone about. Only because you don’t want people to ruin it or drive the rates sky high. Our boys are already asking for a summer trip. The best part. We were able to take our family dog with us. THE POOL. The train crossing the river. The beautiful cabins. The huge wood shed. The iron detail on the porches and fire pits. The goats, chickens and ducks at the barn. We truly loved this place. Felt like home to us. The owner and his brother pulled the good ole boys move and helped us escape the icy mountain roads after the snow storm. We owe them one for sure.
