The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Spacious and functional house, excellent air conditioning in every room. The personal bathrooms in the bedrooms are very comfortable. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Alessandra is very available for any need. The property is 5 minutes by car from the sea, and is a good area to see points of interest on the overflow coast. Comfortable, tidy and has everything you need (kitchen/pots/coffee maker, etc.). There are free parking near the property. Super satisfied!

Kamala's house is located in a very quiet and pleasant natural setting, the house is clean and equipped with a lot of comfort to spend moments of rest and conviviality. Terrace, garden, and pool with hammock, and barbecue complete the structure. Kamala gave us very clear instructions to get there and get to the surroundings (in summer there are many things to do). Attention only to the dirt road to reach it, it is not very long but you have to drive with caution. Overall highly recommended!

Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Immersed in the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and a unique atmosphere of peace. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while host Cecelia was always available and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages, and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, has made our holiday unforgettable. We look forward to coming back!

Accommodation equipped with every comfort in the center of San Martino will be very close to the green river, the starting point for excursions on the Maiella. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable for 5 people. Large living room, kitchen and large bathroom. The host is very helpful and kind.

Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!
