Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Montenegro

Everything was very nice, we came as a married couple, it was plenty of room, it was tidy, we were greeted very attentive, we could get into the house at a flexible time, we generally recommend the location could be reached everywhere.

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

Simple and clean accommodation with great views. Beds were comfortable & shower hot. As others have said there are a lot of stairs if you walk to the old town but this was no problem for us & neighbours we met along the way were friendly. Hosts are great communicators, even sending a video with instructions on where to park, how to check in & path to the old town. We would stay again.

Biljana is a great host, very helpful and caring. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, has washing machine, air conditioning etc. It was a pleasure to stay here ;)

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

We absolutely loved the place! It was very rural, relaxing and remote. There were barely a handful of people in the village, although apparently there are 2 bars and it is very busy in the summer. The house is charming . I slept in the master bedroom. The bed was so comfy ! Had coffee in the morning on the balcony. Stunning. There is a water filter and tap for drinking water. We rented a kind of motor boat from the landlord , which was an exciting experience . Our landlords were super helpful. We showered them with questions and they were always helpful and responsive. Great English too! Important to know: we arrived on a Sunday and there are no shops open in Montenegro on Sundays so come with supplies.

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

Great location of the property in a pleasant setting of olive groves and close to Valdanos beach. The property is spacious, comfortable, great for a stay with children. Housekeeper flexible to arrange. Highly recommended!

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, and has a spectacular view of the bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was fluid and friendly. Thank you so much!

Central location. Convenient to everywhere in the town.

We felt very comfortable with Nenad! It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had problems finding the accommodation (driving to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 min walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Masha and her husband were really helpful for my stay, I came into Budva with no plans and Masha's husband gave some good recommendations and i must say it's one of the best weekends I've spent in my life. There's also a great Asian restaurants by the side of the house and everything you need is within a walkable distance
