Enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located place. 5 min up the hill from the center of town, restaurants, beaches etc. Nice and quiet and down to the surf quickly! Brand new everything, fiber optic wifi, smart tv, and OCEAN/Sunset views through the tree line! Long term stays welcome :) 4x4 rental suv required or I can arrange an ATV rental to be delivered upon your arrival!
