The stay was great right what we need in a rush time… great the stay and everything was really nice the space the views, the only thing we didn’t like was the lack of fast food or a variety of restaurants near by. Besides that all really good

Krista’s place was beautiful and perfect for what we needed it for! She was responsive and helped us out so much in a time of need. I highly recommend this wonderful home and host if ever looking for amazing accommodations!

The house was conveniently located and was spacious, comfortable, well appointed, and plenty of parking out front. The bathrooms were great…modern with plenty of hot water which felt great after a week of cleaning out a house. Nick proactively communicated and was usually responsive to any question within a few minutes. If our plans involve staying in Valdosta again, I would definitely recommend Nick’s place.

I had an extremely pleasurable experience in my short getaway at Alligator Point being hosted in Nick’s air BNB. Him & his family were always extremely responsive, the space was clean and as promised on the website, and everything that was offered was available just where it was stated to be. The home had more than enough room for me and my family, and a beautiful sand front as soon as you stepped off the stairs. I will most definitely be staying here or another property hosted by Nick & his family.

We were a party of 8 staying at Katie’s Beach House ranging in age from 14-50. Every single one of us loved the house and the location. There was enough space that we could gather as a group or have space for some quiet time alone. One of us is an avid fisherman and he was in heaven and fished at least once a day. We spent a lot of time on the beach building a sizeable collection of shells and other treasures, but also ended up going to Wakulla Springs 3 times. We drove 20 hours to get here from Canada, but it was 100% worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Sometimes a picture can make a place look nicer than it actually is - this place was the opposite, meaning it was far better/cleaner/nicer than the pictures showed. Pristinely clean. Bathroom was SO clean. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen appliances were very nice and again - so clean!! If you want to relax and read or talk, you have several different sitting areas to choose from. Coffee and tea are available there at the home. We LOVED our stay and would definitely return. For me, it was also a great place to study and do lesson plans. We really enjoyed our stay

My husband and I stayed with our two pups and my mother came down with her two dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone and we appreciated the fully fenced yard. The hot tub was amazing. Beautiful views of the sky and pretty private backyard. Withing walking distance of everything you'd need. Furnished kitchen. It was the best Christmas we've ever had!

A great stay for our weekend in the Panhandle. Very comfy, well equipped, and peaceful. Great beds and wonderful views of the Gulf. Didn't use the pool as it was too cold, but that looked great too. Overall would stay again and we all had a great time in Mi's property.
