House with small pool near Paris

Welcome to our house of 120 m2, located in Montreuil (the Brooklyn de Paris) 15-20 min from the center of Paris by metro (direct line 9). We live in it year-round but when it's possible we offer it for rent. It's ideal for a family of 4, or two couples. Completely renovated in 2022, it is a little slice of heaven with a pool in the city center. We do not have parking but it is possible to park on the street.

Cottage situé dans une zone pavillonnaire calme, proche de la gare RER, proche du centre et à 25 min du centre de Paris (Châtelet). 20 min de l’aéroport Charles de Gaulle (en voiture). Refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Cottage lumineux, calme. Bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le parking dans la rue est gratuit. Le jardin n’est pas autorisé aux voyageurs.
