We will be very happy, with my spouse Stéphane, to welcome you to our pretty Poitevin house, fully renovated and fully equipped, with garden, in a very quiet village. Accessible PMR, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, valley of the monkeys, vegetal labyrinth, futuroscope at 40 minutes, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surroundings. Nice house from the 30s just renovated with a beautiful garden. You can enjoy a beautiful covered terrace and a beautiful wooded garden. The house is located about fifteen minutes walk from the city center of Poitiers and about twenty by car from the futuroscope. Beautiful walks are accessible from the house. Blossac Park is less than 10 minutes walk away. A market junction open 7 days a week is 2 minutes from the house. Sheets included in price
