Cathy is a very welcoming and discreet host, we know we can count on her in case of need, it's very nice. The place is very peaceful, a corner of greenery in a big city, an authentic house and you can bring the car into the courtyard. The street is very quiet. The house is not far from the city center, you can walk there. 100% Satisfaction.

There were 5 of us, the accommodation is very well done, we didn't step on each other's toes. 2 bedrooms for 2, a mezzanine with a sofa bed. A very nice terrace! In 12 minutes on foot you are at the beaches, the port, the shops, the restaurants. 7 minutes by car and you have a Carrefour, a Lidl, an Action, in short a large shopping area… And the highlight of this accommodation is Célia whose sympathy and flexibility allowed us to arrive at different times, to arrange for the keys, for the departure, in short a 5* hostess Enjoy your stay in Valras beach to the following.

Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large pool, its surroundings and shaded terraces. A delight! We would highly recommend!

Jessica is a welcoming and cheerful host. We had a very nice quiet stay. Jessica has furnished her home very tastefully. All is well thought out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet.

Audrey is an extremely welcoming and friendly host. She is committed to sharing the history of her home which is both touching and interesting. She is full of care and does everything to make her home live and pay homage to her mom's memory. We had a fantastic stay here! Brilliant hosts who made sure we were well looked after. Location is brilliant - parking and you are in the centre of Pezanas. We’d thoroughly recommend and would come again.

Loved it! The host, Olivier, and his wife were highly attentive and friendly. They really made us feel like pampered guests, welcoming us into their home and taking time to talk to us about Montpellier and the surrounding region. The property was clean and comfy for me, my wife, and my 3-year-old son. When we were there in April 2025, the city was installing a tram on nearby Rue Clemenceau, which means that getting into the center will be lightning fast when it's done. Even without the tram, though, it's a short (maybe 10-minutes?) and lovely walk to the heart of town. A playground nearby (just off Rue Clemenceau) was perfect for my son; the house's private grounds were also nice for him to play in. A large supermarket and other retail are on Rue Clemenceau -- a 2- or 3-minute walk. Absolutely no complaints! Tip: The plage de l'espiguette is a huge and scenic sandy (not stony!) beach that's about a 35-minute drive from Olivier's house. Thank you, Olivier!

We had a pleasant stay at Jean's. The host was super friendly and warmly welcomed us. Super well-equipped farmhouse for families with babies (stair gate, bed, potty, highchair etc...). Very well heated house and impeccable bedding. I recommend it 100%.

Apartment equipped with every comfort, suitable for those like us who have children (bathroom reducer, beach games, lounger to eat) host available and friendly. Thank you for making us feel at ease!!!

Peaceful haven, excellent place to recharge your batteries,do not forget your Bonnets for the municipal pool right next door and enough to walk comfortable with the beautiful park not far if not beach easily accessible by bike , restaurants in the port ...thank you Anne .

This atypical stone house has no shortage of character. Well equipped, mixing old-world charm and modern comforts. Very much appreciated by the whole family. Sandrine is very accommodating and does not lack attention to hosts. I recommend it!

We loved our two days and two nights at Matthieu's. Peaceful and quiet oasis. In the middle of winter, the wood fire was delightful. Matthieu is very responsive to any questions. Wonderful bedding. Everything is nice. Really, we felt very good! We want to go back.

I am very touched by Rodrigue's welcome and the attention paid to children. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and in a pristine, spacious room with large screens …. You can rent without hesitation. The price is ridiculous next to the service offered thank you from all the children and myself

Everything we wanted: a small clean and modern accommodation, complete amenities and small patio with outdoor table; quiet area without parking problems; small shops and local services not far away, and the historic and tourist center just a few minutes away. Frédéric was super welcoming and proactive! We needed to extend our stay on short notice and he was very accommodating. Ines — the next door neighbour who checked us in and out, was also lovely and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely come back!
