Lovely atypical house, lake view, oasis of peace

Very nice atypical house where calm and serenity clean well. You will spend a holiday with family or friends in a preserved countryside listening to the birdsong and cicadas. A real haven of peace in the middle of nature between Villeneuve sur lot and Agen. The house is full of charm with original decor, nestled on a hillside with magnificent views of the countryside, the ruins of the 13th century castle and Bajamont Lake.

Authentique ferme gasconne renovée au coeur de la campagne gersoise et ses paysages magnifiques. Beaucoup d'espace, 4ch (à 5ch)+salon avec canapé lit), 3sdb, piscine 75m2, grandes terrasses ensoleillées ou ombragées. A 3 km du village historique de bassoues et ses commodites ( pain, restaurants, superette,...). Idéal pour groupes ou grandes familles. Our homes are close to family-friendly nature and nautical activities. The set consists of a main house of 160 m2 with 4 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen typical Gersoise with a touch of modernity. The 2nd house is 60m2 with a separate bedroom, bathroom and main room. The garden is equipped for children and family as well as the house with games, books and toys. Welcome!

Halfway between the Gironde and the Pyrenees, close to the Chemin de Saint Jacques. Golf - 18 holes - Mont de Marsan about 12 kilometers away. Comfort and calm assured. Sleeping a child is possible. No wifi, but good coverage of the 4G network of the different operators.
