Holiday rentals with a patio in Montréal

This is probably the best airbnb located in the heart of Saint Laurent Blvd Montreal Canada. Very spacious place, clean, Big TV, lots of board games, fast internet, and very nice views from the windows. René and Paul were very fast on responding. This place is a gem if you are looking for a nice large airbnb that is close to bars, restaurants and a fun night life. We will definitely come back and visit Montreal. Thank you!!! 5 stars all around!

This is a nice, affordable place to stay. The only weird thing about it for me was the checkout time, which is at 10:00 AM, and they mention that they will charge you $50 and potentially tow your car if you are late to checkout (no exceptions). Otherwise it is a pretty comfortable place in a good location for a couple of days. The host is very responsive. The house is very clean, and they leave a lot of little treats and pretty much anything you would need is already there. Not bad at all and a good deal.

Clean, spacious home with good proximity to food, parks, and metro. Not too much in the way of amenities but a nice stay overall.

Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

Mendy was a great host- always responded to questions quickly and all the information for check-in was clear! The apartment was nice, we had 6 people in our party & we didn't feel crowded at all. The building is clean and only a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station, so getting downtown was easily accessible. :)

The home was very nice, nice area close to a lot of places and things to do! Very close to downtown and Old Port. Wesley’s home was accurate to the pictures! Easy check in. Home smelt very clean upon walk in! The Co-Host Saif was absolutely amazing, very kind, he made the experience remarkable. Very responsive to messages and willing and eager to help in any way possible. Thanks to this, our experience was amazing and so smooth! I would definitely return to this cozy home and would be happy to deal with Saif and team again. Thank you!

We spent a few days in Montreal during Spring break. We really enjoyed staying at Sam's place. Totally charming and a great location. Two mins walk to a great bakery. Breakfast was the highlight each day, sitting at the dining table, listening to some Edith Piaff and soaking up the atmosphere; superb!

Julia was an excellent host. Great place for a group of athletes. Julia had great communication and her Airbnb was perfect for our group. Highly recommend this place.

The house is very clean and spacious. Everything on the bed is freshly cleaned, smells good too. Parking ramp is close to door, house is close to highway too. Very nice place.

Beautiful home! Everything was clean & organized. Jason was super helpful with extra accommodations, as well as quick responses. 12 of us stayed and no complaints overall!

Winter wonderland! What a beautful clean home, we celebrating the birthday weekend as intended. The hot tub is a spectacular feature and the living quarters are perfect for our needs. Three kids and two adults were very comfortable and happy. Easy access to the bus, metro and highway. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Boyan was very helpful and responsive- great host overall- the kitchen was well stocked and anything we wanted was close by. We’d love to come back and stay again.

Our stay at Chris’s beautiful apartment loft could not have been better. From start to finish, Chris was a communicative host. We received clear check-in instructions prior to our arrival. The apartment was immaculate and clean, with a spacious and modern layout. There is a large TV, comfortable couch, and plenty of natural light. Chris had plenty of linens and extra pillows for the Murphy bed. We especially enjoyed the nespresso which Chris has stocked with coffee pods! The location is ideal, walking distance to several restaurants and a peaceful but happening neighborhood. If we are lucky enough to return to Montreal, we would definitely stay at this apartment again!

We have used Simon’s place multiple times. He is always responsive and accommodating. Space is as described and great attention to detail. We will be back!

Gabrielle and her husband were so accommodating! They even brought us extra hand soap which I thought was so nice of them. Everything we needed was in the apartment and it was spotless! All check in and check out instructions were clear and the apartment felt like home. The location was especially good since there’s so many good shops and restaurants around. Would highly recommend staying in this cozy place. 10/10 ❤️

Jason and Eric were wonderful hosts! Extremely responsive and helpful for any inquiries, and truly take care of you during your stay. The airbnb is in a beautiful location of the city with lots of cafes, restaurants and stores around. Within an 8 min walk from La Banquise there is no shortage of poutines around, some of the best in the city! The airbnb was extremely well kept and had everything you need! Will be keeping this airbnb in mind when coming to montreal again in the future

Clean and well equipped kitchen. Lovely street. Near to cool things. Parking space is helpful as well as easy on street parking. Walkable to subway.

The host was accommodating and available even though we were delayed in our check-in they met us and walked us through the space. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area
