Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Montrose

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. The house is lovely and very nicely done. Spotless, super quiet location and spacious. Set up was good for us and having the 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was essential. Bathrooms are slick and modern. Location was convenient for visiting our relatives in the area but you are likely to need a car or use something like uber for shopping and eating out. We had a car but used uber as well and response times were very good. Would definitely look at staying again. A very enjoyable 5 day stay.

Lovely new home - very comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay to attend a family wedding in the area. Convenient to walk down to the main street and a short walk from the Gin distillery which was very nice for lunch.

We had such a wonderful stay in mt Macedonia over the long weekend. We spent most of the time hanging out in the lounge room and playing pool at night. It was great for 3 families. We visited hanging rock one morning and had a counter meal at the local hotel. We also saw kangaroos in the mornings. Adam was a great host, really quick with communication and had some great tips for the region. Thanks Adam and Erika x

My family and I had a great stay. The home was beautiful and lots of space for our three kids, and special touches like pantry stables. The kids and dog loved exploring the property and spotting kangaroo’s and bunnies. We loved exploring the local farmers markets and nature walks. The kids especially liked the bonfire at night. We were very lucky to also have a late checkout. Thanks for the great stay.

The Aruanda Farm is amazing place for organising the retreats and workshops. Only one hour from Melbourne and you can escape the busy city life at the beatiful forest in the nice home of Aruanda Farm. Special thanks to Natalia for her magic art class and warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay at Lily’s. The house was very comfortable and cozy. Beautiful surroundings and lots to do in the area. The host was left very helpful instructions for check in.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Lovely apartment. Great views from the balcony. Close to trams and cafes close by. We really enjoyed our stay. Eleni was a great host and always responded to our queries. Apartment was very clean and a great size. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location between the centre of St Kilda and the beach - just 1min from the foreshore. Quiet and compact apartment with a comfy king sized bed and all the facilities you need including outside space (shaded). V small shower room but lots of storage and everything you need for a break in the area. Easy access to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the good life in St Kilda. Recommend

The apartment was extremely clean with good access to all local sights and transport. Gockan was a great communicator and even granted us a late check out at 2pm due to an international flight we had. We greatly appreciated it.

Bec was awesome communicate with. Great tips on local events. Great little getaway spot for my partner and I. We had a lovely time. Would stay again. :)

What a beautiful unit and the view was incredible. We had everything required for a comfortable, private stay overlooking the valley. High quality throughout, peaceful and a good location. Trish and Ian have created a lovely, quaint little place, where there is everything you need for a quiet weekend. The room is small but comfortable, and furnished either taste and originality. We loved it. Although we didn’t get to talk to them much, we knew we could contact our guests anytime if we needed to.

Shellie was so generous and helpful, and the cabin was breathtaking! The views, the nature, the walking tracks, the bonfire and marshmallows! My fiancé and I can not wait to book again! And Shellie spoilt us with so many goodies while we were there

Lovely hosts and such a peaceful, clean and spacious cabin. Great location close and we loved that we could bring our dog along for the trip and the small touches to make our stay more comfortable with everything you would need for a weekend away - a home away from home.

Had a wonderful stay at the log cabin, it looks exactly like the photos and the surrounding landscapes were beautiful. We felt comfortable right away and Nicole was super friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area
