Kick back and relax in this cozy, recently updated, one bedroom home with stunning mountain views! Located away from the hustle and bustle of town for a peaceful stay, but still only 3 miles from downtown Montrose for convenience and just south of town for easy access to Ridgway (26 min), Ouray (38 min) and Telluride (1hr 17 min). Daybed in living room has a trundle for more sleeping space. Completely private space and entry, but we're right next door if you ever need anything!

Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom. Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. We have also included a beanbag bed in case you need a 4th bed. Just open it and it will unfold into a bed. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. (Noise is never an issue) The home backs up to a greenbelt walkway/bike path that leads to a park as well as a bike rout all over town. **NO PARTIES !

Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!
