Great little spot super close to the beach!

Mel was a great host and her place is comfortable for a large group. The beach is super close and there are lots of good restaurants within a ten minute drive. I highly recommend.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

Such a beautiful little cabin, perfect for a getaway just the wife and I, the host Michelle was super friendly and helpful. It was very private and peaceful with a beautiful view right outside the window. Conveniently located a couple of minutes drive to old Orchard Beach and not far from any shopping district you’d wanna go to. I don’t think you could ask for a better location.

Had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our family of 11, which included 3 kiddos. We felt right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook for our large group. The bathrooms were pristine and the beds were very comfortable. The sunrise was absolutely beautiful from my bedroom! Alyssa was very quick to respond to any questions I had before we arrived, making the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

The lakehouse was a lovely place for our family to come together and play games in the game room, do puzzles, enjoy crafts , make meals, and spend some quality time together! Let’s not forget the incredible hot tub and view while relaxing! Three generations enjoying time together and making lots of lasting memories! It was a perfect place to do that!

Great location, clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was there, including bowl for our dog. Highly recommend.

This place was everything I hoped it would be. Cozy, very close to the beach, and my dog was very relaxed there. The building seems like it has been well maintained and the shower was excellent with great water pressure and a rain feature from the ceiling. The surrounding area was quiet and also dog friendly.

Great location, close by to the beach and right at the beginning of all the shops and food. We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Best getaway for 2 sisters. We each had our own bed in a quiet area away from the street, but still very close to everything. The place was spotless, comfortable and so relaxing. Perfect location for access to the breakfast (across the street), dinner (next door) and Daddy's Homemade Icecream on the other side for dessert. So much to do, we had to get choosy. Neighbors are very welcoming as well. Thank you so much.

Lovely, modern house in great location. A short 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Ogunquit and to the beach. River and beach views. Everything is in excellent condition and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We were here for a long stay and felt right at home!

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

We spent the week with our 3 kids at Thiffany’s place. It was easy to go to the beach by walk and we were not far from the board walk. It was a very calm place and it was very clean. We had everything we need for our vacation! Thank you Thiffany.

Michael’s house was a perfect place for our Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. The house was immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The bed was firm and comfortable. The upstairs sitting area overlooked the water and was a great place for us to sit, talk, and enjoy a glass of wine. The living room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach and neighborhood are beautiful and private. The host was extremely responsive and amicable. Communication was consistent and proactive. We look forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy Fortunes Rocks Beach again!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

My family and I loved our stay. Lovely, clean home in the perfect location. Children (and the adults) loved being able to walk to the beach and back whenever they wanted. Would absolutely recommend this airbnb to all of our friends and family.

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

We loved it! Lots of space for 7 of us, plenty of bathrooms, plus space to put together a jigsaw puzzle, watch the football game, sit down and eat, or work if you have to - all at the same time!! In other words, lots of common areas to spread out in. Being right on the beach was wonderful. And downtown is about a mile stroll, so you can eat too much at the little crepe place and walk it off on the way home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Beautiful home and Rives made it very easy to enjoy it.

This is a beautiful beach home in a great location between good Kennebunk beaches. The location is a great spot for kids, as you can walk or stroller ride to the beach and the Mother's Beach playground nearby, and easily return if a kiddo is over it or for nap time. The house is well-equipped for families as well with cribs and a booster seat. The communal spaces and outdoor table provided wonderful gathering spaces that made our extended family get together memorable. Ashley was very communicative and responsive, including when a water alarm did go off and it took us awhile to get it turned off.

It was a frigid, icy night when we pulled into the driveway - and we immediately felt the warmth and beauty of this place. Beautiful view of the ocean, lots of windows, lovely decorations, comfortable bed, and great kitchen. And a fireplace! We really enjoyed our stay.
