The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)

It's still a quiet neighborhood with perfumes from old urban things. It's close to Eudal Mountain, Mokpo Station, Cable Car Ride, and the Passenger Ship Terminal. Best location to explore the woodpecker!
