Beautiful apartment in a good location north of Paris. Clean, peaceful, a short walk to the subway!

Quiet, beautiful cozy cottage warm and very pleasant... Beautiful address, nothing missing. Looking forward to coming back to Julie and Nicolas's place.

We had an amazing stay in Paris in this perfect apartment located centrally. It is within 20-30 mins walk from Gare du Nord, NotreDame, Sacre Coeur, Musee d’Orsay and closer to the Louvre. We walked everywhere. We loved the restaurants in the Passage Panoramas below and enjoyed sitting on the the balcony and taking in the view. The flat was peaceful and well equipted. Communication with the hosts was swift, friendly and informative. We will definitely return.

We stayed one night at the cottage offered by Jeannie we found it calm and rest as we wanted. The place is particularly cute and nice.

The hosts are very friendly, they explained everything to us and have always been available if needed. The apartment matches the photos and description perfectly. We particularly appreciated the presence of parking, as well as the proximity to a Carrefour, a bakery, pharmacy and an RER stop. For us, it's not very convenient to have one key, but we've adapted. It went very well. Thanks!

The accommodation is very well appointed, with a level of equipment and a very neat decoration. We had a great time, for family reunions: the house lends itself well because there is space. The property is on the edge of a shopping area, which has the advantage of being able to do shopping on foot, while having a small garden on the countryside.

Very nice house, clean and tidy. It has everything you need. Large courtyard ... convenient to park the car ... BBQ and dining area too. Driveway for arrival at the narrow house....attention for big cars....only small downside. Otherwise it was all nickel. I recommend this house

I absolutely loved the apartment! It was spacious and beautifully decorated! The windows were huge and there was so much natural light. My bed was so comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were lovely! An absolute dream come true for Paris!!! Soline is an amazing and responsive hostess. I loved the recommendation of Milligramme, the wonderful cafe on the corner with pastries and coffee! Easy to walk around. I had a bit of trouble getting in through the doors when I first entered, but I quickly figured it out. 100% recommended for a perfect Parisian stay!!
