Ro’s place was perfect for a visit to UGA to cheer on the baseball team. Great location, nice amenities with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and toothpaste. Nice little hot tub to relax in after a cool night of watching Dawgs baseball. I appreciated the variety of pillows on the beds and lots of towels. Thanks for hosting us!

I absolutely loved this house! it's been newly renovated so it was super clean, still smelled brand new, and it was decorated stunningly. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. It was only about a 5 minute drive to the square! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at this little spot in Covington. It was the perfect spot for us and our dogs. Very quick drive or a short walk to the square. I booked this as a surprise for my wife’s birthday and she had a great time. Thanks!

Mike and Becky were great hosts and the cottage is just as described. Their hospitality was great and they were very responsive to all of my inquiries. I will definitely try to stay here again if I’m in the area.

This place was everything that was advertised. It was easy to find, immaculate, had everything we could possibly need, even provided everything for s'mores by the fire pit (which we put to use!). We got there at night, and when we all got up the next morning and saw the view of the lake we were all stunned. It was just beautiful. There was parking for our three cars, and a ramp by the entrance if needed. Val checked on us several times to see if we needed anything, but we never did. I will definitely rebook here.

A fantastic 5 star stay at this house! The hot tub was AMAZING, super clean & beautiful views. The main king bed is ridiculously comfortable with a great mattress, sheets & duvet especially cozy with the fireplace which was easy to light with the flip of a switch. We caught a huge catfish from the dock & enjoyed the recommendation to hike at the Effigy. We did 5 miles. We also ate at the Bistro on Lake Oconee which was delish. We plan to return in the summer! Beautiful Cozy Space. The pictures do dont do justice. I was swept away by the the host decorated for our occasion. Hot tub was absolutely amazing. ALL PRAISE!!!!! This place is my new favorite get away.

Was a great place to stay and extremely clean! The communication was great throughout the stay. Check out instructions were clear. The only thing I could find to complain about was they were not very flexible on an early check in. But that is understandable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Athens, GA!

Devin's Covington River cabin was incredible! The property overlooked the Alcovy River and was totally private in back. There was considerable river frontage to walk along the bank and an outdoor firepit with seating. Inside there were so many spaces to relax while taking in the spectacular views. We will definitely return.

The host is very responsive and has thoughtful extras and plenty of tools to bake and grill. The beds are comfy. but you'll need to bring extra linens and pillows if there is more than six people. Towels are provided, but not for use at the lake. Extras were helpful, especially for pet's dirty feet. The only real challenges were the distance to decent shopping and garbage drop off. FzYzI Strong garbage bags and boclxes are useful. The neighbors are friendly and will let you know when their pets are out and about to avoid any mishaps. A great place to connect with family and nature. Deer were EVERYWHERE!

If you appreciate rustic history this is the place for you. The updating and modernization was just enough to be completely comfortable but also appreciate how old the house was that we were staying in. Yvonne was great and stayed in contact with us in case we had an issue finding the property (which we did not), and even had some bread from a local bakery waiting for us. The place was close enough town to enjoy all that Athens has to offer but also be able to enjoy the quiet Georgia countryside.

Great host! Wonderful place to stay! Mountain Cabin feel but still very close to everything. Bonfire pit was a plus! Highly recommend for a couple or small family due to being more of a loft. No doors or individual rooms. Overall an amazing place . I loved everything about this listing , very centralized to everything. Highly recommend this listing. Great hosts! Great stay! Such a gem of a property that is walking distance within 1/2 mile of the square and any tours. Photos do not do the place justice, they could use a few more pics as its very spacious, is nicely furnished and great bedrooms. The porch wraps all the way around and there are beautiful views. Such nice area truly. We had a great stay and if I am ever up that way again we would definitely stay again.

This place has been beyond amazing. After our home flooded and our family had to be disrupted, we were able to walk in and feel right at home. We live local so it has been great. When we got settled, the weight of all the stress we were dealing with just melted away. Mrs. Laura has been amazing and very attentive. We loved this place so much, we extended our stay. With our kids and foster loves plus our pups, the porches having gates and the fence between the house and water has been perfect for our family. My husband and I have a large family and everyone was able to have their own space. Our kids have enjoyed the lake, woods, stairs, and so much more. One of our younger boys even caught his first fish. While on our stay, we unfortunately had a death in the family and it was so nice to have our extended family over to fish and just relax. The scenery and privacy has been so peaceful.

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

My daughters and I had a fantastic stay at the lake house!! Check-in was easy and the lake is beautiful and serene. We rented ski doos and had an awesome time on the lake. The house is not too far from Covington if you are a Vampire Diaries fan so we also went there. Craig is easy to contact and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
