Great Place to stay right in the middle of town, close to shops and places to eat and easy walk across to park and pier. Very nice place to stay and quiet, well set out and plenty of room. Can recommend Harbour View as a great place to stay.

Carmela and Mark were very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and well maintained, very close to the beach+hotsprings. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to come again in the future!

We had a great 2 nights at Cathy and Steve’s apartment. It was in an amazing location, with so many fantastic restaurants close by. And the beach right across the road. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

We travelled to Melbourne to spend Christmas with our eldest daughter. Kate's unit accommodated the rest of our family perfectly. It was walking distance to our daughter's home and close to supermarkets etc. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Kate.

Sofia was a great host, her communication was timely, friendly and clear. Her care for her apartment was clear in that it was clean, crisp and welcoming with some goodies much appreciated in the fridge on arrival. The views directly across from the ocean was such a bonus. Fresh clean linen was very welcome, with nice fluffy pillows and comfy couch. Cool air conditioning also appreciated. Fully stocked kitchen ammenities and including bathroom: all spotless making me feel right at home. Easy access to beach front, just across the road! Short brisk walk to pier and main restaurants, although the Salt fish and chippery downstairs and around the provided amply for my meal needs! Delicious burghers cooked to my liking. Overall, a happy visit and one I hope to frequently repeat. Thank you, Sofia. x

The apartment was wonderful, warm and inviting to say the least. So clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to let you know they’ve gone that extra mile and are passionate about presentation and fulfilling their guest’s expectations. Kerrie is a fantastic host. Spacious house and fabulous outside area under cover and fans. Inside the house there is aircon and ceiling fans which worked extremely well ( it was 36 degrees) Only 20 minutes to Shoreham and less so for Mornington Thank you Kerrie for a great stay

Amazing stay amazing place and amazing host! Close to everything and had the best time we found it a tiny bit pricey for just 2 of us as it was so big! But was so relaxing and if you had 2 family's sharing the cost it's well worth it! The view is to die for!

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

Is very spacious and comfortable. It’s location near the penguin viewing site on Phillips Island made it perfect for us.

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!

Incredible weekend at Elizabeth’s air b n b. We had a girls weekend away, perfect for relaxing at the property and close to all Portsea and Sorrento had to offer. It’s sooo spacious, with beautiful surroundings. Absolute magic.

A beautifully turned out appt. And when we arrived there were lots of extras and welcome pack goodies. Mainline train station is across the road with superb links to all the local towns and the city is only 40 mins away. Stunning beaches 2 mins away and if you want, you can watch the sunset from the shared roof terrace! Will definitely rebook when we next visit OZ!

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.
