Apartment holiday rentals in Morocco

Because we were already very convinced of the great apartment during our first stay in November 2024, we booked it again and were happy residents this time too during 10 days.

I had a wonderful stay at the Stunning Ocean & Port View apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the touristic area, with beautiful views of the port and ocean. It was easy to access the building, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The building staff were also kind and professional, adding to the positive experience. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

Apart from the toilet I was not so satisfied with, it was great. The rest was a good fit and everything was perfect with the balcony as a highlight

We had the most wonderful stay, we have used a number of Air b&b's and this has been the best one to date. Anything we could think of was provided, and we felt right at home. We had no issues during our stay thanks to our hosts well thought out home. The apartment was lovely and quiet, matched the description and was lovely and clean. The security in site were always friendly and available to offer assistance. It was unfortunate that the pool was empty for maintenance during our stay, but certainly no fault of our lovely hosts. We were still able to use the sunbeds and relax in the communal area. Marie and Mohamed were super kind, very friendly and helpful and told us everything we needed to know during check in. They checked in during our stay via message to ensure our comfort and needs were met, but were never intrusive. Such a lovely couple and we would be delighted to come and stay with you again in the near future. With our appreciation and best wishes Debbie and Yassine ?

Spacious place on ground floor of popular building near good food options and easy walk to the beach as well as proximity to Medina. Good Internet, fine kitchen, two bathrooms. Ground floor meant less outdoor light but if you plan to be out an the time less of an issue.

I had a great stay at Terrasse Plage. It felt like home and I felt very comfortable there. Abdel and Omar are two of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. They are Amazing. All o my requests were made in a timely manner and I wasnt made to feel as though I was a nuisance. There were a fe issues with the property but they were dealt with immediately. i didn't have to wait for a long time. I had a lot of contact with Abdel, who is a really great person. He picked me up from my previous apartment which was located in Agadir. He was super friendly and responsive at all times. I got the pleasure of cooking a Moroccan dish with him and his friends during Ramadan which was truly amazing. The food was delicious and Abdel made me feel at home. Terrasse Plage is a great place to stay. It's near the supermarket, cafes andrestaurants. It's about a 10/15 minute walk to the beach so not far. Everything you need is within the location. Really enjoyed my stay here and I would come back!!!

Residential area, can park, quiet and cozy, very close to local catering

bed 🛌 side is king size which we found it small from length i am 5.1 it for me it was short and WiFi is not strong as its near atlas mountain rest all good

Good value for money. The vicinity to the airport is convenient but in the mornings the airplanes are a bit noisy.

Was a great stay at Mohamed’s place. Very close to everything, restaurants, shops, Menara mall etc is all walkable. The place was clean and well kept. Yassir was very easy to contact and helped us out if we were in need of anything. Would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to stay in Marrakesh

A perfect stay! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and welcoming, with lots of little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend 100% and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

We had a very good stay and everything was perfectly arranged. Location makes everything easy to reach.

We arrived in a beautiful apartment clean, spacious and true to the description. The owner is warm and available , welcomes at the top. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access and even has closed parking. The terrace is large enough to eat and tan quietly and the jacuzzi is great. I recommend this apartment for its calm, its view and all its amenities.

Great location and place

The apartment was so clean. The localization was perfect, surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants. I was delighted to spend time in this cozy apartment, which I highly recommend.

Samy was extremely kind, letting me check out well beyond the limit at no additional cost, an impeccable host who was informed every day if everything was okay. New apartment, clean, hydromassage and terrace , parking space in the garage, quiet and central area. I would say perfect for singles or couples, with the entrance and exit in total autonomy thanks to the electronic locks. To go back, thanks for everything samy

Sarah is a very thoughtful, serious and kind host. Her apartment is very close to the train station (about ten minutes by taxi), clean, secure H24, and the concierge is very friendly. As for the hot tub on the balcony, it's an undeniable "plus"... We can only happily recommend this address where we will come back for sure 🙂

Very nice place .. we did enjoy our stay !

Asma was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. We unfortunately had a lot of rain so there were a few leaks and we couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work despite Asma’s best effort. Quiet apartment in an otherwise busy location and good value!
