Ivan's estaco is perfect for those who want to rest and recharge. Close to the beach of Aruama, close to the markets and restaurants. I super recommend !!! I will come back other times.

My experience at Priscila's house was wonderful! She is an extremely attentive host and took the time to give us great tips on where to have lunch, dinner and the best tours to take, including for my children, which made all the difference. The house is excellent, very quiet and with a great space for my family. I felt super comfortable, as if I were at home, and I was warmly welcomed. The property's location is perfect, close to the waterfront and the best restaurants in town. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

We stayed in the house with 12 people and everyone was very well accommodated. The house was decorated for the holiday season. The house is very well ventilated. It's so breezy that you don't even need air conditioning. We were very well taken care of when we were missing some kitchen items and they promptly assisted us. The pool and yard were well maintained throughout our stay. Anyway, we ended up getting to know each other and exchanging life and business experiences. From leisure to friendship, for sure ; )

I really enjoyed the accommodation. The place is very quiet, away from the city, the pleasant beach and very close to the house, good for bathing and walking. The well-organized house, always clean pool. Some appliances such as microwave and Airfryer were missing to make our meals easier because we spent many days, and there are no restaurants nearby. Overall, I highly recommend it. I intend to come back, God willing. 😃

Apartment just like the photos and description. During our stay it was not possible to use the pool as it was in maintenance, but everything else was flawless. Ape cove, clean, great room, spacious bathroom, parking space, quiet and fresh. The ape was well equiped. Although it had no air, it sold a lot and had a very powerful fan. Karine was attentive and flexible with the time of entry and provided another day in the last day for us to hire. I can't wait to come back.

It was a great stay Ewerton quickly responded to my messages. The apartment with a good size and well equipped. Clean bed linen and comfortable bed. Very good shower with strong water. Back for sure.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

The apartment is very well structured, with great utensils, bed and bath linens, spacious and very ventilated. The location is otima, it is 12 minutes from the beach of Atalaia, it is in front of the supermarket, and the condominium offers an excellent structure. The Custodio (host) is a person, extremely kind, helpful and always available to help and offer what we need. I highly recommend!

The stay was very good, the location is excellent, the apartment is organized and beautiful, the only point of improvement would be the calchao of two single beds that are extremely hard.
