the stay of Elisabeth and the Family Gruber is great! This was the first holiday home where we really felt at home and at ease. The cottage was equipped with every comfort, very clean and very comfortable. In the area there are plenty of amenities and activities to keep you entertained. we definitely want to come back here in the future and again enjoy the surroundings, the cottage and the hospitality of this fantastic family.

We spent 3 days with our dog there. Challet was cozy, amazing stove we used to heat but electric heaters are also available. Birgit communicated promptly. Kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher included. The only negative was that we received stale towels (they smelled a bit). Anyway we enjoyed really nice stay there and I can highly recommed this place.

We had great time. Everything was perfect and well arranged. Definitely recommend and we will repeat the visit again.

We had a wonderful holiday. The house as well as the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. So much hospitality is really rare to experience. We spent a week in Reinbolden and enjoyed the peace and solitude very much. Johannes's house is very cozy and bigger than it looks on the photos thanks to personal details. The kids enjoyed the available board games and our dog enjoyed the great walks right away from the house. The dishwasher is a great bonus and the underfloor heating is a welcome addition to the tiled stove. We would like to come back in the warm season and use the terrace and the table tennis table - unfortunately it was too cold for that at the beginning of February.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment looks like pictures. Two living rooms with kitchenette, bathroom and extra toilet plus hallway. All was clean and as described. The bus station is about 100m walk. It takes about 15 minutes to the nearest subway. Perfect. Directly on foot about 2 km to the metro. Everything goes. There was a parking space for our car. Communication went smoothly. The apartment would also be well suited for a family. Come back anytime!

With child perfect! Very spacious everything is great and clean, extensive amenities. We definitely want to come back! We felt so comfortable! Fantastic view of the mountains all around.

I spent about 20 days at Bernie's apartment and it was one of the best decisions I've made in my opinion. The house also offers all kinds of opportunities for long-term stays. The kitchen was quite enough to cook simple meals. I definitely think the location is the most important feature of the house. Westbahnhof offers you a lot of facilities with the U3 and U6 you get transport to just about everywhere and it's just a few minutes to the house. The tram also passes right next to it. Very close to shopping or restaurants. With all of this, I can definitely rate your location 10/10. It also gives a clear 10 rating for the cleanliness of the house, both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. I was here during a cold period and the heating of the house was never a problem. I was very satisfied in every way. If I visit Vienna again, it is very clear where I will stay.

The house is very nice, cozy and located in a beautiful place. There is a lake, forest and restaurants close by. A great place to get away. Good communication and organization with the owner.

Villa Sebaldi was ideally suited as a retreat for our meeting. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious space. We will be happy to come back.

What a great and beautiful place 👌🏽😍 This was our second visit to this place, we love it. Very beautiful and clean. So much things to do in this place and in the surrounding areas. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. It’s easy to get to the house even if it’s snowing, the place was so clean and enough for family or big group. The kitchen was well equipped and super clean. Carola and Marco were very helpful and they recommended us things to do during our visit, they are so friendly and replying to my messages without any delay. I definitely recommend this place and for sure we will be back sometime in future.

This was my first time to use Airbnb and everything turned out perfectly. Three of us from Peoria, Illinois (US) booked Villa Marie in Pukersdorf for one week, April 7-14, 2018. I hiked up into Vienna Woods on Sunday 8 April and experienced the countryside coming alive due to the warn sunny weather. Most of the trees in the woods adjacent to Villa Marie had mostly leafed out by the end of our trip. The Villa is immaculate and provides excellent views of the woods from two outdoor decks. Situated on a street [N° 10 Karlgasse] that dead ends approximately 50 meters from the woods, it is super quite, especially inside with the windows closed. As first time visitors of Austria from the US, we were very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the Austrian people were. Walter Dickmann, the owner of Villa Marie, helped us prepare for our arrival by sending detailed driving instructions from the Vienna airport to Pukersdorf prior to our arrival in Austria. Moreover, Walter spent a hour or more on Sunday 8 April offering advice on what museums, etc. to visit in Vienna and where to find good vegan restaurants. He was also very helpful in arranging for taxies to Vienna so that we could maximize our limited time to sightsee in Vienna. In short, Walter is a wonderful host and truly loves interacting with guests to help insure their stay at Villa Marie is memorable. In this regard, he couldn't have done a better job. Danke sehr!! Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.
