Your descriptions about the house, the surroundings, and the people in the neighborhood were what we experienced. Proximity to downtown shops, Kasbha market, and being close to restaurants and tea houses was practical and enjoyable. Your place is full of interesting furniture, pictures, and books. Your house is an atmospheric colonial construction and has a suitable corner for every mood. We enjoyed our time (even though Ramadan was right now) because we knew something about culture and religion and understanding of local life. If you expect 5-star accommodations here, you are in the wrong place! A special experience: the encounter with Karima, an incredibly friendly and helpful woman.
