Cabin holiday rentals in Mount Laguna

This is the real deal... As a guest you will normally walk into a confusing situation but Jason's attention to the simple things "Labels" helped us immediately become comfortable with our surroundings. The property was very private and the enclose that Jason setup allowed our dog run free without any stress to us. If you're looking to disconnect this is the place.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

This was a great place to stay in Tecate. For me it was what we needed. A calm place to be at the pool 😊

This place is great! My husband, 2 friends and I stayed at Pinkys. Co-host Jackie was very attentive to any questions we had. Instructions to place was easy and clear. The place and the surrounding area of the property are beautiful and peaceful and it big enough for a hike. The place itself was cozy, and clean and had what you need. the jacuzzi was a plus and the night sky did not disappoint, my friend’s dog enjoyed the yard. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy the night sky, peaceful place. I would love to come another time maybe during shooting-star season.

The house was very clean. we had everything needed since we came with kids, The game room was amazing and the view was beautiful. I would definitely go back.

What an amazing experience! We hope Rick will be gracious enough to host us again in the future. Into The Woods was just the place to escape and really enjoy a romantic getaway in the extremely peaceful surroundings of the forest. The jacuzzi under the stars was an incredible experience in itself! The veiws from the deck and house are stunning at all times of day and a must to enjoy morning, noon and night! We really loved that the house was so well stocked with dishes, utensils, extra blankets, towls and all of the comforts of home. Wonderful cabin, close to Julian proper, but just up the road to be quiet with nature all around. Loved the upstairs bedroom en suite bathroom. Great deck and fireplace setup!

This place was fantastic. A little get away from the big city. Very peaceful. Lots of nature. Loved the well equipped kitchen as my girlfriend and I enjoy cooking. Loved the bed. Not sure where they got their mattress from, but it was quite firm and did wonders for my back! Would love to go back for a longer stay.

Beautiful views and scenery. Very modern and furnished inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun escape!

Truly one of the most special places I’ve ever had the opportunity to visit. The birding is fantastic, the dark night sky is beyond beautiful and the book collection is unmatched! Mary is an exceptional host and makes everything easy. One of my favorite touches: a beautifully laid fire ready to light on the afternoon we arrived.

This cabin was a perfect cozy retreat for a weekend in with friends. There are tons of windows making you feel like you're in the trees. There was plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing including an amazing room upstairs with a little nook with windows on 3 sides, a telescope, and rocking chairs. Everything was clean and organized and cute.

I hope this property stays on Airbnb for a good while…. Exceeded expectations. Absolutely loved the property and the cabin and of course, the town of Julian…. I’d like to thank Paul for providing such a beautiful place. We honestly are itching to come back already ❤️

Matt and Barbara were awesome and the property was so beautiful. The home felt like you were part the family with all the family pictures and story books. My family and I stayed during Christmas and they even had a Christmas tree up for us. Really appreciated that and made our Christmas even more special. The den was the perfect weekend getaway for my friends and I to reconnect with each other and the surrounding nature. The place was so thoughtfully designed and cozy, we ended up staying in and cooking both nights to enjoy it! The mountain view and trees made it so special.
