Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mount Martha

We were 2 families travelling to Australia for the 1st time and we couldn't believe how lucky we were to find Lorraine's house. It was huge loads of room for 10 people. Had a great outdoor area with separate games room, had 2 separate bathrooms so 2 families could easily live independently baring a communal kitchen, which also had everything anyone could possible need. There a milk shop less than 5 mins walk away and Endeavour Hills shopping centre 10 mins walk away. Lorraine was an exceptional host who was always communicative and allowed us a later check out.

We had the most beautiful stay, and were instantly relaxed upon entering the home which is in pristine condition. Perfectly located for easy access to beach and shops, and a short walk to Baked in Portsea for morning coffee ❤️ We loved our stay and will definitely look to returning to such a peaceful setting, thank you 😊

Was a great getaway with a friendly dog! We were surprised with some fruit and drink when we walked in which was nice. Beach is across the road and was very accessible.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Polperro Farmhouse. It was the perfect weekend escape with friends, I wish we had another couple of nights! We had a beautiful lunch at the winery and it was a nice stroll back to the house. The property is just beautiful, beds super comfy, kitchen and fridge well stocked too. Thanks for a great stay

We had a very comfortable stay in San Remo at Marg’s. The house was spacious and has everything you could possibly need (toys/games, clothes horse, beach towels, storage/ hanging space for clothes, full amenities in kitchen, bbq, spare linen, etc) The beds were really comfortable and Marg was an excellent to communicate with and very helpful.

Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions/requests. She met us to help us in the property and was very warm and friendly. The house is comfortable, clean and conveniently located by a short walk to the Blackrock shops. Michelle stocks up the kitchen nicely with some treats, we were lucky enough to have some eggs from her own chickens, and herbs from the garden too. There is also plenty of towels and linen. Melbourne had some very high temperature days while we were there, the house was cool and comfortable, didn't need the aircon. There is a big t.v with only free to air channels, so we helped ourselves to some games that were in the house instead. Thank you, Michelle, for our stay, we hope to stay again when next in Blackrock.

We really enjoyed our stay here. 10min walk to Rosebud Pier, shops and some restaurants. Well appointed, stylish and clean. Breakfast supplies were appreciated and Penny catered well for our dietary needs.

The house was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Mornington Peninsula. Staying here made our getaway so relaxing and memorable. Thank you Christine for hosting us and providing such a wonderful space for us to stay. We would love to stay again and will definitely recommend your place!

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Carol & Ken’s place . The place was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed as our base while we explored the area. The breakfast/food supplies were really useful, especially the yummy loaf of bread (which we used to make lunch on the beach!). The outdoor area provided an added space to enjoy beyond the bedroom/sitting room. Thanks for a great stay!

Frances and Ray were the ultimate hosts. Nothing was too hard and they went the extra mile when our car broke down. The unit itself was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything was supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. So many extra treats including wine, chocolates and an array of hot beverage choices. We could not recommend Frances play any higher. A perfect spot to explore this beautiful part of the country.

If we could give Nicky and her Airbnb a TEN STAR rating we would. Our stay was just wonderful. Nicky is a charming host who has created an apartment that is beautifully styled yet cosy and welcoming set in a large, spectacular garden. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs overseas and in AUS and this one easily makes the top 1%. We enjoyed the home-baked bread and biscotti, the little chocolate treats and the invitation to explore the garden. Both of us were left in awe of Nicky’s efforts to make her guests feel at home. A stunning experience made possible through the incredible efforts of the amazing host. We would not hesitate to stay again and hope to visit in the future from the Northern Rivers region of NSW.

We had a wonderful stay at Di’s place. A “granny flat” out the back of her house. However it felt private and secluded surrounded by a beautiful garden. The pool was a hit with the kids! The unit was clean, the linen good quality and the beds comfortable. Di’s husband helped us out with some jumper leads for a flat car battery..: what a champion!!!

Stayed at this beautiful cosy romantic paradise with my partner for his birthday he absolutely loved the view & so did I !!! Best seat in the house!! The place was clean & felt right at home. Loretta a wonderful host who was very communicative & kindly greeted us upon arrival . Would recommend to everyone . Will definitely be back ❤️

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. Great location enjoyed the beach 3min walk. The Studio was perfect lots of light In lovely surroundings. Will recommend highly.

During the week, Priscilla recommended me a lot of places, so it was great to go there by ferry. I was able to stay comfortable. I spent such a great time in Frankston😊

Mel is definitely the most generous host I have come across with so many extras provided … welcome champagne, cheese, biscuits, chocolates, chips, etc etc etc as well as enormous delicious breakfasts. It was quite amazing. Mel also went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Her place is spotless and beautifully decorated. An amazing experience. You really could not hope for more.

Helen's place is exceptional. It is a lovely big private room that is tasteful and immaculately tidy. Helen greeted us warmly and explained everything. She is very happy to chat or to leave you in peace and is sensitive to guest's wishes. The abundance of extra snacks and the thoughtful additions were beyond anything we've seen in an Airbnb place! The large king size bed was comfortable. Helen and Julie delivered a fantastic cooked breakfast to our room in the morning. We definitely recommend staying here!
