We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. We have a large, lower unit, private loft-like studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample parking and very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. Minimum stay during the Summer is 7 days, but during the off season, I open the calendar to shorter stays of 4 to 6 nights. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax.

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
