It was a clean, beautiful, open space home. I had a great experience with the owner. I really enjoyed staying there. It was restful and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was so cozy and perfect for our group! There are a total of 5 rooms which was plenty of space for my group. Our favorite was the three bedrooms with the master en-suite bathrooms attached (it was perfect for the older people in our group). And checkin was very easy and parking. We will return again in the future!

Monica’s home was just what we needed for our intimate girl’s retreat! It was so convenient to the airport, and just off a really sweet (and diverse!) strip of shops and markets. The home itself was the perfect set up with just what we needed, especially in the kitchen. Everything to cook besides the groceries, even the sweetest backyard to sit outside and eat in the sun! I believe the listing mentions that there is some plane noise due to how close it is to the airport but it was really not even noticeable most of the time, but the neighborhood is definitely lively so maybe bring earplugs if you’re extra sensitive to sound when you sleep! All around we were very happy and had a wonderful time.

I had such a lovely stay at this unique top-floor Airbnb in Alameda! Nestled right by the lagoon, the location was peaceful and scenic, with gorgeous light filtering through the windows all day. The space had this wonderful artsy, hippy-aunt energy — full of character, cozy nooks, eclectic decor, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy a good book or a walk by the water. Super comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Alameda itself is a charming escape just outside the bustle of SF, and this spot was the perfect base for exploring. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something with heart and soul. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mel’s place! Short walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen came equipped with everything you might need to cook. Mel was very responsive to any questions we had. Nice place to stay while visiting the area!

There are beautiful views of the ocean from this spacious home. It was an easy drive to San Francisco and we enjoyed the local restaurants as well. The kitchen was large and well-maintained and it was easy to adjust the house temperature to be comfortable for both the main floor and upstairs.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Amazing home, with lots of space -more then expected- well equipped kitchen, all we could wish for making dinner, cozy beds and comfortable living area. Pool was great, calm neighbourhood, but car is necessary to shop groceries or visit restaurants. Communication was quick and easy. We will come back!

Thank you Maria. We were there for work but had a day off in between. We were planning on spending our day off doing something off property but we were already in the most beautiful place we could imagine. We felt like we were in our own private spa. Pool, Hot Tub, Spectacular flowers, grapevines, dining table on the patio and more outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and the bath & kitchen were both very nice. I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here for a couple of weeks as a temporary home while finding a long term rental. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, even included coffee, tea and some not so basic spices to cook. Location was very convenient, nearby all you may need from restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. Last but not least, Vic and co-hosts were super responsive, friendly and very helpful along the stay. Fully recommended!

This guest suite was perfect, checking in and out was smooth and easy and our time there was very comfortable and private. Exceeded our expectations and made our trip to San Jose so much better!

I stayed at Ali's listing for a month and really enjoyed the home and surrounding location (Willow Glen). Ali himself is the ideal host thanks to his hospitality and responsiveness. I hope to visit again in the future!

Clean and modern furniture. Fits the photos and descriptions. Enough space for a family of four. Large and fully equipped kitchen. The parking spot doesn’t fit an SUV so a little work to find parking and move the car for free parking.

10/10 great little home. Was clean and had enough room for our group of 5 adults. Host was polite and helpful, and checked in with us throughout our stay. Easy check in/check out, and the neighborhood felt very calm and safe !! Would stay here again

We feel so lucky to have found this little slice of heaven. Nestled in the hills above San Jose in a lush and peaceful setting, with an incredible view of the entire city from both the apartment and the ground-level deck. And only a quick drive down the hill to reach the city. I won’t repeat all the more typical positives that have been mentioned by other reviewers: they’re all true! Helen was always available via text, but we really didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed. We loved it here and will be returning next year when we visit our daughter again.

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
