Wow what a lovely, tranquil and scenic place this was, from the lovely rooms but more so the sunsets, the animals roaming around, makes the place stand out. my family enjoyed every bit of the accommodation and it's ample provisions and activities close by, so convenient. Lovely place!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Melissa was responsive and precise which made it very easy to check in, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The location was perfect, peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Lots of space for larger groups. Highly recommended!

If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in, there are plenty of places to go. But if you a seeking a truly amazing experience in a wonderfully creative architectural environment then the salt cave cottage is definitely something you should try to book. I was there for a week and never left. It was exactly the kind of break I was looking for!

quiet and peaceful with lots of restaurants and Spar nearby. the living room is a little small and the living room is only accessible from the outside so not used but the cottage with heating and heated blankets allowed us to have a nice stay. thanks to Lydia for her kindness

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carine Place! The guest suite was stylish, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was ideal for light meals, and the complimentary water, tea, coffee, and Wi-Fi were much appreciated. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to beautiful places along the dramatic Panorama Route. Carine was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond, making us feel right at home! We loved the privacy of the suite while still having the shared entrance, which was never an issue. Highly recommend Carine Place to anyone visiting the Mpumalanga. We’ll definitely be back!
