The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Must be experienced to fully appreciate how outstanding this place and the surroundings truly are. A well placed home with conscientious owners. Very quiet and serene for a secluded escape out of season. A car is necessary though.

The house and amenities were great. Especially the shower outside was well used. The house is close to town. The town is cozy at night when the road gets closed off for city party. It was over 30 degrees, so it was a bit hard to walk to the beach, which is a 15 minute walk in bathing sandals with air mattresses and umbrella. The beach is amazing and free. Next time, I'll explore the opportunity to rent scooters. We were 4 people from 17 to 57 years old and we can all recommend this.

Lovely place just outside the centre of Olbia with a really responsive host who gave lots of recommendations and how to get to different places. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

What an incredible spot! You cannot be closer to the beautiful beach in Vignola Mare. The apartment had all we needed (and more). Giovanni was an amazing host, communicated extremely well and provided us with a long list of restaurants and vineyards to visit (too many to get to them all, so we will have to come back!). We (6 friends from South Africa and the UK) had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you very much Giovanni for hosting us!

Nice cottage with various terraces. Always place in the shade, which is very welcome. It is at a holiday park (was not completely clear to me in advance) and there is little to nothing to do at that park. The sea is definitely more than 200 meters.

I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Elena's. The apartment is very spacious and well located in a family area. There is a beautiful cove a stone's throw away from the apartment where you can admire a splendid sunset. Slightly further, on foot, a beautiful local beach for swimming. Santa Teresa Gallura is a short drive away. Elena is a host who is always available and very welcoming.

A nice stay. We stayed there for 1 night because we had an early flight from Olbia. Only a 15-minute drive away. Ideal. Communication was fine.

We were very happy and comfortable in the apartment. A beautiful house, good decoration and very clean. The host wrote to us and was very attentive to us at all times. Quick and accurate responses. We definitely recommend this warm apartment from the heart!!

We had a great stay at Giovanni’s place. The apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was nice and quiet too and the room stayed very cool even without the AC. Parking wasn’t great as we had to drive up and down for a while to find a space, but we were still only parked a maximum of a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is also super close to local restaurants and bars and the beach. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear and Giovanni was super helpful! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

We stayed from April 8-15. Andrea and her family are very welcoming, warm, smiling, generous, responsive, available in short from hosts as everyone dreams of meeting. We had the pleasure of entering a spotless accommodation, nice decoration, sheets and a multitude of towels that smelled really good😊, hygiene products offered by the hosts. The outside is very warm, in a cocooning atmosphere and a beautiful jaccuzi. For people who have a car, parking available on the street ( which is very quiet) The accommodation is close to many tourist places + shops If you're looking for a place to stay in Olbia, go to Andrea and her family's place, you won't be disappointed! We loved the place! It is nice and quiet and within 5 -10 minutes walk you could be at the beach, at the marina or at the town centre! Luigi was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the whole stay.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Book this while it lasts: safe, clean, comfortable, great location, outstanding hosts. Jessica and Alessandro are caring and attentive hosts. As a solo traveler, safety is my top concern and they made me feel right at home. The location is perfect walking distance to the beaches and restaurants/shops. Palau is such a great area to stay, I didn’t feel the need to rent a car and just stayed local! Will be staying here again!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

If you are looking for a nice place, full of amenities, well equipped, including a washing machine, soap powder, cleaning products, towels at will for the pool, whirlpool and saunas (which you can use at any time, including at night), this is the place. The house has a beautiful garden, with hammocks and a vegetable garden. As I said above, the pool, saunas, and whirlpool are an extra that I used a lot and was a delight. The place is very calm and quiet but close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and the city. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the fact of the extreme flexibility for check-in and check-out won us over (the ferry arrived at 7 a.m. and we were able to enter right away). I highly recommend the accommodation to future guests.
