House holiday rentals in Mueang Phuket District

Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Great place in quiet neighbourhood. Great, fast and friendly communication throughout the stay. Villa was as advertised on pictures and description. House, pool and property was squeaking clean and kept clean two times a week. The great team from G Estate makes sure that you vacation is a luxury.

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

Perfect place with a perfect location. Bibi (the hostess' cute name😌) was very kind, welcoming and always helpful. If you, like me, read reviews and are repulsive to book or not, then believe me, the answer is unambiguous - to book! Relatively many times I rented a place on AIRBNB and this is one of my best finds. Unfortunately, it was only possible to come for a week, I hope to return here for a longer year! :) P.S on the territory of the hotel there are two cats and one of them has a bell on their neck and they constantly meowing, perhaps for someone it will be important, sometimes interfered with sleep ))

1000% would recommend. Only issue is that it was hard to explain to Grab drivers how to get there on the way home. That was probably our error (nothing to do with the host, just be mindful)! But would stay in this Airbnb and in Nai Harn again. We absolutely loved it!

Perfect location, spotless villa, and a wonderful host and housekeeper who gave great local tips. The private pool was a highlight and well-maintained. The security system, including cameras, added peace of mind. Highly recommend!

we loved this villa but really i would describe it more as a home it spacious the kitchen living and dining area layout was perfect matched with straight to the pool access, the room are private and great when had enough of entertaining to slip away for some privacy, easy to park the eletric gate made getting in and out so easy over all the layout was perfect for 7 of us there was only a couple of issues the villa is situated very close to an islamic temple and call to pray at 4 am is quite loud, the place needs curtains, running air cons with the amount of of glass was near pointless other then expensive, watching movies at nights was a hard due to a street light out side that shines through the windows, and no one could sleep in the master bedroom unless waking up at sunrise was your thing understand the look is very modern but impractical as fly screens on a submarine for thailand. but despite this we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was great, very supportive, and always quick to reply. The place was super clean with all facilities well-maintained, and they even had scheduled weekly cleaning. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

The house is nicer than it looks in pictures. Serkan is attentive to everything and tries to help in any way he can . He cares about everything being as good as possible and always responds to messages instantly ! They made us feel at home and they took care and worried for us to have a good time. Our Taxy took a long time to arrive and they did not make us a problem that we came out a little later than usual. As for the location for everything there is to take a taxi , but they are very cheap and there is no difficulty, so this was not a problem for anything , but keep in mind that you can't walk anywhere. We would definitely go back to the house , we really enjoyed it !! Please note that at the end of the stay you have to pay for electricity ( I did not remember that it was and it is quite expensive , a week we went out 3000 Bhat. In short, hopefully we will be back next year !! Thank you very much for everything :)

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and we felt very much. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the place. Communication is also very good.

We stayed at Jean-Michels beautiful house in Rawai. The house was perfect laid out for 7 people staying there. The outdoor area was stunning, and the pool very nice.

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a hidden gem. Clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful. It looked exactly as in the pictures. Pim was very helpful throughout the stay & very accommodative. Worth every penny spend. The only downside is the house is up the hill. So, not walkable up & down at all but getting tuk tuk or Grab was not an issue throughout. Just cater that discomfort but otherwise everything was super great. will stay here again.

Hard to make a review on this exact listing, since we had booked it but ended up getting an upgrade last minute! Beautiful place close to a lot of delicious food stalls and easy to get elsewhere in Phuket. Baitoey was so friendly, helpful, and professional while still being personable. (Only thing we didn’t like had nothing to do with Baitoey’s place, or our experience at the beautiful Airbnb!) However the location it was had a swimming pool which was not taken care of at all- water was murky and had a terrible smell, didn’t see any kind of chlorine or cleaning. So if you care to swim, be mindful of pool conditions, but if you want a super clean place with beautiful views, patio, comfortable bed, and nice kitchen, it’s the place you should be!!
