An absolutely wonderful place. I wouldn’t think twice about booking this spot again. It is unique, beautiful, and we were lucky enough to enjoy snowfall. Regina’s A Frame on Hayden Lake should be on anyone’s bucket list to visit and enjoy. I’m definitely gonna have to come back during the summer.

Laura was an absolutely fantastic host! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Communication with her was a breeze, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her home is absolutely charming and it made us feel right at home. I recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our only complaint is that it wasn’t long enough. The house is so charming and so well stocked. From the kitchen with everything you’d need to make a meal great, to the full coffee bar set up, to all the detailed touches in the all the rooms including the bathrooms. There is nothing not thought of in this home, which just made our stay out of town even better! Our host was so thoughtful and personalized our stay, with sweet treats and notes, which my kiddos appreciated. The outdoor area is so cozy and the hot tub is such an added bonus. Our family also enjoyed the provided sleds and with a recommendation from the host, we found a great hill to sled on nearby. We will absolutely be returning! This home is perfect for any type of group stay and I can’t wait to come back! Regardless of time of year, this home is an all around winner! Thank you for the wonderful time 🙏🏼

We had a great stay here! The location was great and the space was perfect for what we needed. It was close to Spokane and Silver Mountain. We were able to meet Cameron’s family who made us feel right at home and were one of the highlights of our stay! There was a Trader’s Joes walking distance so it was easy to get supplies for our stay. They also had puzzles which was fun for us! I looked all over for where to stay before booking this place and I’m so glad we decided to stay here - I’d definitively come back if I’m in the area again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—quiet yet close to downtown. The house was spotless, with the most comfortable bed, couch, and linens. The hot tub was amazing, and the heat was a lifesaver during the snowy days. Ron was a fantastic host with excellent communication, and he went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like snacks. This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced, and we will 100% book again if we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly as described. We booked so we could attend holiday activities at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. It was a quick walk to and from the resort so the location was perfect for our trip. Diana mentioned several activities taking place to be sure we knew they were happening. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well. It had all the amenities we needed to be able to prepare meals, as well as bathroom amenities, laundry needs, a nice work space for our college kids to complete homework, and the hot tub to warm up and relax in at the end of the day. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Brian’s place for a month and really enjoyed it! The house was spotless when we arrived, and looked even better than the photos. The hot tub was heated up and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It’s a duplex, but other than some walking around noise, we didn’t hear any of the guests in the other unit. We caused some accidental damage to the home and he was reasonable with repairs. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the CDA area.
