Check in last minute but everything goes well.. Just a little bit confused about the direction how to park and how to go to the apartment because i am not familiar with the area. But despite all of that,everything was good. Thank you

The house is very nice, the design is attractive, clean and tidy, comfortable, the facilities are also cool Only the hagat water doesn't turn on, so the shower is cold

Ortho place is very clean, spacious and has complete amenities for your daily needs during the stay. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, Ortho even went the extra mile to ensure we enjoy our stay. I highly recommend Ortho's place for 3-4 adults for your Surabaya visit.

This is my second stay here...the first was one month and this stay was two months. Fantastic amenities in the complex with a huge pool and a small but well equipped gym, both of which I used most days. Downstairs is Pakuwon Mall and PTC with everything you could possibly want from cinemas, massages, hairdressers, supermarkets and dentists as well as hundreds of places to eat.

Fadi is very kind, he solved any problems in the first place, even at night, he sent a free Internet card at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, this is the best host I have encountered in half a month in Indonesia!

Ifan was a lovely host, He was incredibly responsive to all our messages beforehand and ensured a smooth check-in process, The house was tidy, providing a comfortable environment for our entire stay and everything we needed was readily available. clean room, complete aminities and towel, complete cutlery and kitchen ware,can watch netflix and youtube, the ac is working fine, car park near lift, just walk to the mall, the bathroom is clean and can have hot water,

What a super satisfying stay. A clean and comfy apartment, everything you need is already there. Beautiful surrounding too, easy to get eat, easy access, and super safe because you always need the access card to go everywhere. Tante Anggraeni was one of the kindest host that i ever met, super responsive, super thoughtful and make me feel at home. Thankyou tante for those delicious welcoming snacks kue tok and arem-arem. We like it so much. We had a great experience here and will come back for sure to stay at Tante Anggraeni’s place. See youuu tante.. God bless you and fam.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

when it's a long holiday so the price is a bit bad from the usual day. overall recommended
