Holiday rentals with a pool in Muntinlupa City

This was indeed the best place to be. It felt truly like a home where we can rest, especially when my friends and I spent most our days outside during our stay in Manila. 1. The location An ideal place to stay if you’re a tourist, for you can go to MOA and IKEA on a walking distance, and other tourist spots are also nearby. 2. Very Clean Another reason why my friends and I immediately loved the unit is because of how clean and tidy the place is. 3. Budget-friendly For its location, it’s worth the price! Everything you need is also provided (ex. dryer, hangers, smart TV, kitchen tools, etc.) 4. Accommodating host The host was kind enough to accept our requests and made sure that she is available anytime if ever we encountered problems sa unit (thankfully, wala naman :) ) The house rules were provided promptly.

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

Aa lot of places are well within walking distance and still offers a quiet neighbourhood

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

I just have 1 complain, the knob of the water heater is so high that my wife who is small is having hard time to reach it. I can't help her since I'll get wet once I turn on the knob. 😅 Other than that, the place is great.

As always, the place is still beautiful and so relaxing. The host was very kind and they responded quickly as well. We really appreciated that mineral water was included for our 2-day stay. Thank you Ms. Hannah, until next time! :)
