There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Places of interest: incredible views, art and culture, restaurants and food, the city center of Cartagena and Murcia. It's a restored 200 year old house where you can breathe tranquility and health. We are at the foot of the Carrascoy natural park. We have physiotherapy service. On the territory of the farm there is a pool about 5 meters (common for all the neighbors), two barbecue areas and a common patio. Throughout the territory there are different separate areas.

The Romantic Waterfront Beach House

No parties! No noise after 23:00! We would like to welcome you our holiday beach house! We are happy to rent this out to guests while we are not around. It has been beautifully renovated with everything needed to make you stay comfortable. We are RIGHT ON THE BEACH. If you walk up the beach 10mins, you can see the beautiful flamingos or have a rejuvenating mud bath! This is a romantic place in a prime location. We are sure you will enjoy your stay here!

The Villa boasts 3 bedrooms, a solarium from where you can see the sea and the town of Alicante and a large garden with private pool and a bbq/bar area. The lovely beaches of Costa Blanca are a 5 minute ride or 20 minute walk away.
