Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Murray River

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

Lauren’s place was in a perfect location for us travelling to and fro from the AO. Local Coles and Richmond Markets very handy and local cafes and restaurants a plenty. Her place was impeccable, clean and stocked with plenty of supplies. Would definitely stay again come the AO 2026.

It's a great place with amazing views from above. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. The household is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The really nice place for us, highly recommended! .

Great base in Fitzroy for our 3-night stay. Central to Brunswick Street and surrounded by excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment was comfortable and quiet. Hosts provided helpful local recommendations. Perfect location for exploring the neighborhood.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

From first to last contact, including our stay, this was a great experience. Claire was lovely to deal with and super-responsive and thoughtful. The apartment was exactly as the photos but with the added benefit of beautiful bedding, towels etc and high quality crockery and kitchenware, great coffee-making facilities. Everything we needed and more. Plus lovely balcony, cool interior on hot days, and nice peaceful spot right on the doorstep of lots of great shops, cafes, pubs etc. We were so glad to have booked Claire and NIck's place, especially for a Christmas away from home - it felt like a home away from home with added extras, a retreat right in the heart of things. Katri’s place is ideally located right in the heart of Warrandyte. It is well appointed and very comfortable and easy to find. Good off street parking and pleasant Bushland surrounds. Katri is helpful communicative and non-imposing. Very impressive stay.

Fiona's apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Although it is situated in Swanston St it is quiet and night and very private. Handy to the city and Melbourne Uni. Access was easy and Fiona responsive to my queries. Would definitely stay again.

Paul is a generous host and a good communicator. On arrival he gave us and our pooch a very warm welcome. His Airbnb is a great place to stopover while traveling. It is clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful space in a beautiful place. Vandy's is meters from the quiet main street, and "Yack" is central to a gorgeous region. There is everything you need, and it is very comfortable to relax and enjoy the village and region

One of the best B&Bs this Melbourne trip, a cottage in the middle of the woods, is beautiful.When we open the room door there will be little birds jumping in and playing with us.It's wonderful to hear the birds chirping in the woods and blowing the wind in the woods.

This was a great place to stay. Gavin was very easy to deal with and provided clear instructions on how to operate the door lock. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard to run around in. The house has a well equipped kitchen, a coffee machine which is always appreciated. The bed and the couch were very comfortable.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean and on a quiet street. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for self catering. Air con very effective on hot summer days. We really enjoyed our stay in the house!

Temora House was absolutely stunning ! stayed here with a group of friends after a wedding- amazingly comfortable beds and really lovley amenities !! the house was extremely clean and the surroundings were beautiful, walking distance to a great cafe for breaky the next day Mitch was really great to communicate with and even helped us organise a shuttle to and from the wedding ! made a busy/stressful weekend easy and we were all extremely grateful ☺️

Great place with excellent facilities. Kids had a great time in the pool, adults enjoyed the spa and there were many tennis and basketball matches.

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. We had an amazing time at this apartment! The owner was incredibly communicative and made everything super easy with clear, detailed instructions. It was clear she really cares about her guests’ experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk to cafes, bars, and pubs, and only a quick trip to public transport and the city center. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a really cool, funky vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with my check-in. The cleanliness and tidiness of the place was impeccable, and they provided me with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The place is beautiful and clean, with a great view of the city.
