Holiday rentals with lake access in Muscat Governorate

We spent 12 nights in Sukoon to visit Muscate and its surroundings and enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is cozy, well appointed and very pleasant. It is close to the beach and you can walk there. Muscate is a city that can be visited by car, in view of the distances, we have very little explored the surroundings of the accommodation on foot. The bed is big and comfortable. The fridge is a little small but it did the trick. Regarding the insulation, we heard the neighbors (when they spoke for example) but this is probably due to the building materials. It was disruptive but not fundamentally inconvenient. We needed extra linens because we were warm with the blanket provided and didn't want to turn on the air conditioning, the host was very responsive and dropped us off during the day. Thanks again for our stay.

Mahir was such a great host! Incredibly responsive and helpful. The flat was nice and modern, comfortable bed and great amenities like parking and gym. I would highly recommend Mahir's flat for your visit to Muscat.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The host accepted my booking on last minute and was very responsive and addressed all queries promptly. The place was clean and spacious and had all facilities. You need a car to get around of course and I recommend cooking at the place as the infrastructure around is still developing. There is one good restaurant, but it’s a beach club. Overall it was worth the money, and it’s a beautiful area. I recommend using public beach in Sifah and it’s great to disconnect, rest.

Very nice stay and a great host, would definitely come back!

Our host Salim made us feel right at home as soon as we completed our booking. Gave us loads of information about the area, easy-to-follow instructions on how to find the place and prompt communication whenever needed. The place was pristine, clean and cool in the heat of the beautiful Oman. Being close to the motorway, it was very easy to get into Muscat, but also allowed for a quite getaway when needed. Salim has truly provided a wonderful place for anyone plans on coming to Oman.

Amazing place, nice apartment! We had very late check in and Imthiaz was very kind to wait for us and help with check in till 4am!!!we really appreciate his support throughout out stay!
