Holiday rentals with beach access in Muskegon River

The house was very clean, comfortable & fairly spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. All items in house worked fine and parking was great. Price was appropriate for the area. Very close to beach.

We loved the idea of converting an old motel into a more comfortable and spacious place right across from the beach. The bed was comfortable, "living" room space with table, microwave and fridge were just what we needed, and folks we met were very friendly. We'd stay here again!

Such a great place to stay. So CLEAN!! Nice hosts! Had everything we needed. Quiet location while being close to so much! I usually don’t love staying somewhere attached to the house- but this was by far the best experience we have had with a spot like this!

Second time I have stayed with Ron and Judy. I always feel at home and so loved. They always look out for me and make sure I am ok and if I need anything. Even checked on my oil leak in my car I did not know I had. Their place is always beautiful and just like the pictures ( I think better than the pictures). You could not ask for a better host. I love studio apartments and this one was clean and inviting. We walked and ate at the diner, Penny’s Pizza and Mexican Bar and Grill. I recommend all of them. I also walked across the street and bought fresh donuts. If you enjoy the serenity of nostalgic downtown life this may be a place for you. We had a very pleasant stay and Bill was very kind and responsive. Safe Travels 😊

Lovely little upstairs apartment, much warmer to come home to after a day full of meetings than a hotel.

We enjoyed our weekend at Segrid's home. The beach was so nice and close for walks and the sound of the waves on our fall retreat was an added, peaceful, bonus!

What a gorgeous place! Private, clean and beautiful accommodations. Jessica was prompt with every encounter and worked with us on gaining access when we checked in outside the normal time for obtaining a key. Beautiful surroundings right on the bay, EVERYTHING we needed was on hand. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Beware if you have physical issues because there are a lot of steps just to enter, but wow what a space!

This was our second year staying at this location for our annual girls weekend. The house was very clean. We did not have any issues that came up during our stay, so I didn’t need to contact Jason, but he is a very responsive and courteous host. I asked him for an early check in and he responded within a couple of minutes with an approval. We will definitely stay here again next year!

This place worked great as a home base for my son and me for a long weekend exploring the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. We made a number of trips to areas we were interested in during the day. We either prepared our meals at the cottage or went to one of the local restaurants to eat - lots of options close by.

It was a great weekend getaway with the girls with a gorgeous view. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful three generation family vacation at this home. It is well organized and supplied. All light switches labeled which I have never seen before in an AirBnB but so appreciated to not have to run around guessing. The bikes were plentiful with tons of options. They are repaving the bike path right now and we look forward to coming back and using it! Short walk to the beach. Great backyard space for kids to play. Games, linens, bottled water, appliances plentiful. Our favorite part was big tables, both kitchen AND on the deck that fit our whole family in one place. What a treat! A wonderful stay. Thank you!

Bob is a great host! This was our 3rd year staying at the Book Mark, we will be back next year for our annual fall get away!! The coffee & smoothies are fabulous, the baristas are so nice and helpful, the 10% discount on items in the bookstore is a great benefit and we try to take advantage of it each time we stay! Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

We had an amazing stay here over New Year’s Eve! It was the perfect location and we felt right at home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances as well as the washer and dryer were clean and the extra blankets and linens were great to have on extra cold nights! We are local to the area and wanted to stay close to downtown. This is definitely a condo we will rent again in the future. We did have a few questions during our stay and they were really quick at responding and very friendly. The condo overall felt very much like home and had lots of extra comforts such as pillows, blankets, board games etc and didn’t at all feel like a bare bones kind of Air B &B. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a few nights!
