Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

The place is absolutely peaceful, serene and calm. it's away from everything else, so it's just you and the sea and silence. caretaker Naveen is available to keep the place spotless and clean and also run errands. would love to return

The place is really nice and great way to enjoy nature. Deepak’s father and uncle are great hosts. The food preparation was very good and made as per our requests. The property tour was very nice. The place is good for large group outing. Deepak also shared local sightseeing recommendations and those were also good. I will surely recommend the place for those who want to get away from large city hustles for quick de-stress. I wish room windows had nets so that one could keep them open if needed without fear of insects getting inside.

My family felt very comfortable staying here. It can easily accomodate 8 people , and all 3 bedrooms was quite spacious .The host was very helpful. And he even took extra efforts to help as whenever needed. Great checkin and checkout experience. KMC hospital and Dmart are in walkable distance.All the necessary utensils were there in the kitchen which helped us to cook during our stay. Overll we had a great stay.

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

Vinod and Shruthi are such amazing hosts. Though we only stayed for a day we enjoyed our time by the river. It was so peaceful and serene. Their house is very simple and neat. Please don't expect anything fancy and luxury but both Vinod and Shruthi are so warm and welcoming and do stay here for the experience. They were really super helpful and responsive to all our needs. They even provided us dinner upon our request since we were really tired after a long journey.I would highly recommend Vinod's place if anyone is planning to do a trek to Ranipuram.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Villa Avni. The villa was clean, tastefully designed and furnished, and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen had refrigerator, stove top, and was stocked with pots and pans that allowed us to make light meals and tea/coffee as needed. Our host, Naren, was very hospitable and tended to any requests we had immediately. He offered to show us around, though we could not take up the offer. The highlight though was proximity to the beach - we could easily walk up to it in mornings, evenings and even after dinner. It was beautiful and the section of the beach was mostly empty except for a few locals.

Anusha’s place felt like home. Every room has air conditioning, and the space was exceptionally clean. She was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking.
