Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nacogdoches County

This was one of the best places we have stayed at. We definitely, would consider going back. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed being so close to the water. Chayanna was quick to respond when needed. She describes the house exactly how it is. Beautiful home.

The Bar O was just what we were looking for to get away for a long weekend. Our family of 4 had a great time fishing, exploring the cattle ranch, and paddle boarding (we brought our own even though kayaks were available for our use). The home was comfortable and our doggies loved the outdoor space. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your beautiful space

This was our 35th straight year of The Tangler's tour. We have stayed in many different locations. We are an especially difficult and hard to please group. We are also very needy. Each of our requests were met with aplomb and the utmost in friendliness. Angela was accommodating with never the slightest hint of being bothered. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone in need of a comfortable and cozy weekend. 5 stars really aren't enough.

The house and location are great. For me this was a work trip and the house was far more than we needed. This would be perfect for a family vacation huge dinning area, 2 living rooms, excellent outdoor space and very well equipped. Would love to stay there again if the need arises in the future and it is available.

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

This was such a cute old house to stay in. Looked just like your grandmas cottage. Beds were comfortable. Everything was squeaky clean!!

Maxine's place was very quiet and peaceful, I enjoyed seeing the cows grazing the fields. Tall pines is very fitting name for this AirBnB, I'd definetly stay again.

This is truly a hidden gem. It’s as if you are getting your own little slice of a state park somewhere. My son and his friends thought it was an excellent break location away from college. Warren is good natured and down to earth. You will thoroughly enjoy the serenity of this location.

Zack’s place was everything it was advertised to be. We had an awesome time. Zack was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The marina is great to swim, walk and visit with other guests. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend 2024 & again Easter weekend 2025. Best place to stay if you want to get away and relax in the piney woods. We love staying for a long weekend to unwind and reset. Kids love playing in the stock tank & all the games provided. Wonderful family getaway with beautiful views. We will be back in fall.

Wow! I have stayed in so many places and never would have expected to find such a fabulous place so close to SFA where my niece goes to school. So beautiful, so private, a true piece of paradise. The owners really did think of their guests when building their cabins. We stayed in Antlers which is the largest. A true log cabin, it has a large deck overlooking a ravine with a creek at the bottom. The cabins are all far enough apart that you will have complete privacy. They have a cute common area with sport options and a hot tub, again private from the cabins. There are just not enough words to describe how peaceful and lovely this property is. They have even made a trail along the creek. We were here celebrating my moms 80th bday and on the morning we were leaving mom and I walked that trail. Do it! You will not regret it. LOVE LOVE LOVE and hope to be back someday. My family lives in La Porte but I live in Northwest Indiana. It was truly a lovely visit.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked. The hosts were very friendly and always responded really quickly. My 4 year old grandson says it is 100 stars. Needless to say, we will be back.

What a wonderful place to stay! It felt like I was staying at my family's cabin. It had everything that you would need to go along with meals from coffee to bbq sauce. Also had supplies that you might have forgotten at home; like shampoo, lotion, toothpaste etc. Being in the middle of the woods with the sun streaming through the trees drinking a yummy cup of coffee on the deck in the morning was dreamy and so relaxing. The host, Andrea, was always quick to respond to questions and was warm and welcoming. The accommodations are definitely 5 star worthy! The cabin is lovely and if you are looking to get away from it all and connect to nature this place cannot be beat! P.S. Our dogs were in heaven!

I would only recommend adding more towels & washcloths to the room. Had to go buy pods to wash for a 2day stay. Maybe adding a floor lamp would also add lighting to the main room. Thanks will definitely stay again!
