Very convenient location to get around Naha main areas such as Kokusai Street, Naminoue Beach, Tomarin Port, Prefectural Office and Bus Terminal. I was satisfied with the spacious interior, good lighting, kitchen and laundry room facilities, etc.

Nice little apartment besides the main road which has everything you need. It is also withib walkable distances to supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants. The beach is also behind the apartment. Overall, I had a great stay. Very good value for money. Thank you, Teruya.

Nice little spot to stay in Naha. Good proximity to the main strip and easy transport access (although monorail is a small trek). Place itself is spacious enough for two people and no issues with the facilities/amenities.

About 30 minutes by car from Naha Airport in Ginowan City, it is convenient to drive to the north and south, so if you want to plan your trip to the north and south, it is quite suitable to stay in Ginowan City.There is a large supermarket Union near the accommodation, and the convenience store Lawson is a 3-minute walk away (my breakfast and late-night solved in Lawson for these days haha); the parking part, we rented a Noha and Roomy, it was not crowded to stop together, and it was convenient to get in and out👍. The 1F part, the living room is tidy and clean, but the couch has a cloth cover on it, and my nose will be a bit itchy when I sit on it (but the people who live in it are the only ones I will, it should just happen to come into contact with the allergens).The bright crystals in the kitchen are as new as new, the dishes✨ and cups are abundant, it is absolutely fine to cook your own meals. 2F and 3F are all guest rooms, the layout is a 4-person room and a 2 person room, at the end of the corridor, there is a toilet and bath room, and there is a washing machine and dryer, for those who want to save suitcase space is a big gospel👍, but his bed is soft to sleep, if there are people who like to sleep on a hard bed, you may have to get used to it ~ Overall, I have a happy and restful stay this time, and the overall environment is quite quiet, suitable for the size of the family and friends to stay with😎.

Kokia's house was good, we had a really great time there, the house was cleaned very well, the kitchen had enough utensils pots and pans, simple preparation of meals was not a problem.We stayed for 2 days, the weather was fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the morning had a sweeping view of the coast. At the front intersection at check-in, navigation is easy to navigate, try to check in when there is daylight, it will be better to find a place to stay.There were a lot of little crabs running in the parking lot the night we checked in because there was no light, the looking up was the stars, it was fun and great memories, and I hope to have the opportunity to return.

Great place, very clean and good location

No complaints! Loved the place felt like home. 2 Welcome beers right down stairs with food to order when checking in late. Loved every minute! Water dispenser was great and Daisuke helped change out new one when it ran out. Saved us time and money since we got two kids 3 and 5 years old and use LOTS of water. Floor is a bit noisy with the kids running around but I’m more worried about bothering people down stairs if they can hear it or not I’m not sure. Will definitely come back again!

It was close to Kokusai Street and in a convenient location! It was a trip for three people and three beds, which was helpful!It was nice to have bath towels and toothbrushes! Thank you so much!

Thanks for your hospitality for 3 days. The owner was very kind, and I had a warm Okinawan life. We had a wonderful extraordinary 3 days with ocean views in all rooms. The building is old, so we set the cleanliness to 4, but there is no problem with cleanliness. Anyway, the view from wake up in the morning is great. I would like to stay✨ again.
