On the ground floor, there is the living room, dining room and kitchen. Equipped with full crockery, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It has heating, wifi and smart TV with satellite signal. It is accessed by a dirt climb, not recommended for people with limited mobility. The bus stop is 100 metres away.

The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. The vehicle can be parked at the sidewalk, at the property gate. There are rivers and lake less than 1 km away. For safety ,given the characteristics of the place, children are not accepted and people with reduced mobility are not remixed It is perfect for couples.
