Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nakuru County

Suluhu House was nothing short of amazing! From the great views to the peaceful surroundings, we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be going back! One warning though is the road there is horrible and very confusing. The pdf map was no help and we found ourselves lost for two hours the night we arrived. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it and couldn't recommend it more.

David and Wakonyo are great hosts. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. We received a warm welcome and our family loved it. The facility is beautiful, spacious, gives a good Kenyan feeling. The walk in the vast compound was amazing. Wakonyo took time to explain the beautiful history behind the facility. Thank you David and Wakonyo for making our trip memorable. I would recommend that you update the address to your facility as well for direction purposes

Kararan was wonderful. We loved our stay because it’s such a beautiful home and also because the staff were wonderful. The chef was excellent and John, the caretaker went above and beyond. We felt right at home. Chichi, the host was proactive, communicative and gracious. We’d love to be back again!

The home is clean and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Ann made sure we had good help throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space, perfect for a relaxing swim or some cycling. Loved the different birds, Impalas, Zebras and Warthogs we got to see during our walk. Carry some golf clubs if you can, the field is beautiful for a game or two. Completely loved our stay.

A lovely home with lots of space and natural light. Comfy beds, a big self contained garden and also baby friendly. Tatjana was so helpful and organised extra things for us like a cot and highchair for our baby. We loved our stay here and have already recommended it to friends.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated. It was such a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from the daily hustle. The rough road to get here wasn't that bad, we had a pretty low car and it still wasn't that bad. However, if you have a high car, the better. I felt instantly at ease upon arrival, and the atmosphere was everything I’d hoped for in a getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene escape!

I had one night stay at the place, i was apprehensive when i reached the place due to proximity to village but the place was very well maintained. It was well furnished with great aesthetics. It had all the required facilities one can imagine. Excellent value for money.

we had a great experience staying at Ndirangu's. The views from all the rooms in the house are amazing and we had a cleaner coming in daily. Great location and a lot to do or just relax.

Marc’s place was perfect for our multi-day stay and group of 6 (plus 1 toddler). The house is situated in a beautiful, private compound north of the lake but within an hour drive of most activities. It was a great launching off point for daily adventures, yet was remote, peaceful and restorative at the end of the day. The house was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Caroline and Benter also helped to make our stay special— and left us feeling grateful and full after the delicious meals. Thank you, Marc and team! We can’t wait for our next visit!

This villa and the nearby cottages are on a beautiful piece of land. This is the second time we have stayed with Samawati, and we will be back again. The house is unique, with lots of space. Susan, the manager, is incredibly friendly. She made breakfast and dinner for us each night and was very accommodating to our requests. She had perfect hospitality. Thank you!
