On the ground floor of the stall there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room where you can warm up by the fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms – 2 separate rooms and 1 passerby – which can comfortably accommodate 6 people, max. 8. There's also room for your four-legged dog! We issue a VAT invoice.

Cozy wooden cottage by the lake with a sauna

A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.
