Five minute drive to Departure Bay ferry (or 15-20 min walk); 15 minute walk along beautiful seawall, (directly across the street and down the hill), to seaplanes and downtown, where you'll find shopping, the Nanaimo Art Gallery, Nanaimo Museum, The Port Theatre, Nanaimo Conference Centre, as well as several restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. Feel right at home on Cormorant Corner Located on a quiet Cul-de-sac, with a private deck and big back yard, you are completely self contained in 980sq 2 bedroom suite. Extra Covid cleaning is done between guests, no smoking is permitted in the house. Centrally located, close to ferries, downtown and hospital we offer full kitchen with laundry, deck and private yard. Guest access Separate entrance, key pad entry with a flight of stairs 1 Parking spot in driveway, free parking on street.

The Bay Cottage Brand new, ocean views, hot tub

This brand new guest cottage is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are beautiful ocean views from the deck, large french doors and huge windows. The decor has a boutique cottage feel. The farmhouse sink and high end appliances make this cottage a great place to cook and enjoy. This cottage is a very private separate building from our home, with a private hot tub in your own courtyard. It is a completely self contained, equipped space with everything you will need for a great stay!

Welcome to your home away from home! Enjoy your stay in the private studio of a house that was built in 2017 and is well looked after and loved. Close to Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo Aquatic Centre, Nanaimo Ice Centre and Nanaimo Harbour. Central to both major ferry terminals with driving time of approximately 12 mins to each and approximately 15 mins to the airport. There is a shopping complex nearby that features Quality Foods, Coop Gas Station, liquor store and pharmacy.

*This is a smoke/vape free property* Cozy 650 1 bedroom walkout basement suite in an older home. Full kitchen, dining, living areas. Comfortable queens in both bedroom and pull out sofa bed. Full bathroom with shower/tub, and private outdoor green space. Private entrance. 1 block from disk golf, park, beach volleyball and a 10 min walk to the seawall and downtown. Quiet suite/location & close to everything. Sleeps 3 Ceiling approx 6 7” some areas have supporting beams (6 2”)

Washer/dryer available for longer stays. No pets.

Old City Quarter Miners Cottage

Private small one bedroom miners cottage in quite downtown neighborhood. Close to many amenities, VIU & hospital. Easy walk to the seawall, shopping and many restaurants. The cottage is set in a lovely garden with seating under the gazeboor under the grape arbor. Both hosts John and Marc are artists and have a small show room on the property that we a happy to open if our guests have a desire to see more of our art. Sorry we are unable to accept same day guests.

Private 1 bedroom carriage house with small view of the ocean (in the summer trees in the park block most of the view) and Chinese Garden. Steps away from harbourfront walkway to downtown. Has full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV (no cable, Netflix etc.), WiFi and electric fireplace. In the summer air conditioner available in the living room. Off street parking and private entrance. A laptop friendly workspace in the living room.
