Beautiful view and very comfortable accommodation, everything available in the house and around. We loved the holidays at La Bernerie en Retz!

Chea Claudine and Jean, we had an exceptional stay. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. The house offers all the amenities and services necessary for everyday life. The kids loved taking care of the animals, playing under the olive tree and enjoying the pool. For us, it really was an enchanting break during the vacation. Claudine and Jean are welcoming, friendly and available hosts. The location of the house between St-Brévin and Tharon Beach is perfect and all the "big trips" are within 10 min. drive (the nearest beach is 500 m walk). I can only highly recommend this place which will remain dear to our hearts.

Very beautiful house, spacious and well equipped. The big plus is on the indoor and heated pool. I will return with great pleasure.

Blandine rents a superb Vendee house, very large and very well-equipped in a nature close to the marsh to discover and vast beaches on the ocean. The water is warmer than in Brittany. The islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier are close and very accessible. A beautiful discovery of the Vendee Martime for our family

We had a lovely week in Florence's home. The house is perfect, faithful to the photos offered, tastefully decorated, you immediately feel good there. The distribution of the rooms is ideal for a family; We were 3 couples with young children, each had their privacy, and their bathroom!! We found the house "ultra" clean, with many amenities; we did not lack anything. The bedding is of good quality. The exteriors are very pleasant too, with two terraces and a large wooded garden that made young and old happy. The location is really nice; Almost everything can be done on foot (beach, center of Pornic, coastal walks...), while being in a very very quiet area. Florence is a very nice and friendly host. Relationships were particularly fluid. I would recommend this place 300% . A big thank you Florence for hosting us!

We had a great family vacation in this large functional house. The location allows you to be quiet and not overlooked. Elisa is a very welcoming host, she is very attentive and attentive to her tenants. The value for money is really good. I highly recommend this home if you want to have a peaceful vacation.

We were perfect in the house, it is a large house and in a very quiet place, but very well connected to the center. Less than 5 minutes walk you can take the bus and take you downtown in 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and spacious. You can park the car inside Cédric, although he was not there, at all times he was very attentive to us and it was very easy to communicate It was a stay to be repeated

We had a lovely family holiday at Thomas's house. The children loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and all the equipment was in perfect working order. Thomas was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return.

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

Very pleasant stay in Graziella's house which is ideally located in Nantes, in a private cul-de-sac close to everything, the hyper center, museums, the Jardin des Plantes, public transport, etc. The house is spacious, very comfortable, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Communication was smooth with Yves, whom I thank for hosting us and for being available.

Erwann & Jerome gave us a great welcome, they are very friendly hosts. The house has a large and pleasant living room. We enjoyed the pool as a family and it was a joy. The children were able to play and enjoy in the garden, we were even able to pick up 4 fresh eggs from the chicken coop. Alice has an amazing house. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and we were comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The outdoor area is ideal for families. The neighbour is quite, safe and walking distance to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property for large groups.

Our second stay with Lionello, was just as good as the first. Really relaxing family break. The pool is lovely as are the grounds. Short bike ride to local bakeries and short drive to Hypermarket. We left feeling fully relaxed and refreshed. Lionello is an excellent host.

We stayed in the villa for two weeks in the 2nd half of August with the family. We were four persons, my wife, two teenager sons and myself. The villa is very comfortable, the highlights being the modern kitchen (which was really fully equipped with everything including an extra refrigerator in an adjacent store/washing room), the spacious combined eating/living room and the outside aread including the pool. The bedrooms were a little bit small, and there was little space and furniture for clothing. The shower is open and directly accessible only from the main bedroom, but there is a 2nd large bathroom accessible from the central corridor. We really enjoyed our stay here. You can visit Nantes or La Roche-Sur-Yon within an 1 hour, large supermarked within 5 min by car, excellent bakery within 1-2 min by car. There are various accesses to the very nice beach area within 10 - 20 min by car (natural beach, no infrastructure). Very friendly and supportive host!

Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Accommodation adapted to our needs, close to the sea, a shared swimming pool available. The description is exactly what we found. Thank you to Aurelie for her hospitality and especially for her responsiveness to us to respond to us and for making our arrival easier.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

We had a great time at Westone's place, the accommodation is modern , very well equipped and very comfortable. Thank you again to Antoine and Francois for their welcome and the fluidity of the exchanges by message . We recommend this place if you want to be quiet to work or enjoy family time ☺️
